9 Shaolin Tiger Fist fighting techniques

Shaolin Tiger Fist is one of the pictographic fists in traditional Chinese martial arts. The fist style of Shaolin Tiger Fist is as powerful as a fierce tiger descending a mountain. The commonly used technique is tiger claw, leading the qi with intention, qi through the claw fingers, fast and changeable, and unpreventable.

Today, I have compiled a set of 9-style Shaolin Tiger Fist combat actual combat moves and shared them with you.

In the following icon, the Shaolin warrior monk is our side.

First, the black tiger took root

1. The actual combat preparation of the black tiger to take root: our left three-body standing and the enemy standing in the right fighting style; Confrontation between the enemy and ourselves (Figure 1-1);

2. The enemy’s left foot steps forward, his right foot takes a big step forward, and attacks our upper chest or face with a right lunge and right straight fist; Our side immediately dodged to the right side, shifted the center of gravity to the right leg into a right lunge, and at the same time grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with the right tiger claw and twisted it outward, downward, and inward, and at the same time pulled the enemy’s right arm back forcefully towards our right waist, so that the enemy’s right arm was straight and the right elbow bone was diagonally upward towards us; We then quickly used our left tiger claw to violently push outward and downward to the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint, contusing or breaking the enemy’s right elbow joint (Figure 1-2);

3. Keep moving upward, taking advantage of the enemy’s right elbow injury and great pain, our side quickly twists to the left, and at the same time crosses the left and right tiger claws, and violently lunges forward from the chest to the enemy’s front, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 1-3).

Second, the black tiger tried its claws

1. Actual combat preparation for the black tiger claw test (Figure 2-1): the actual combat preparation requirement for the black tiger to take root in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy’s right foot steps forward half a step closer, and then kicks our lower genitals with his left whip leg; Our side immediately turned to the right and dodged sideways, and the center of gravity moved back to the right leg into a right lunge; At the same time, use the left tiger claw to slash the enemy’s left instep or left ankle to the right and down, injuring him (Figure 2-2);

3. Keep moving up, we quickly twist to the left, shift the center of gravity to the left leg into a left lunge, press the ground hard with the right leg, and protect the left tiger claw on the lower vulva and abdomen; Taking advantage of the enemy’s left foot before landing on the ground and the center of gravity was unstable, our right tiger claw used the force of twisting and kicking the ground to slam forward and hit the heart socket of the enemy’s chest, severely damaging the enemy and knocking him to the ground (Figure 2-3).

3. Tear hands

1. The actual combat preparation of the torn hand (Figure 3-1): the actual combat reserve requirement of the black tiger taking root in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy slides forward with both feet and approaches me, while hitting me in the face with a right straight fist; Our side immediately turns to the right, dodges sideways, and at the same time grabs the enemy’s right wrist with its right hand, and pushes the outside of the enemy’s right forearm with the left palm outward, so that the enemy’s right arm is stretched out to prevent him from escaping (Figure 3-2);

3. The upward movement does not stop, our side violently twists the waist to the right to exert force, at the same time the right hand pulls the enemy’s right arm backward with force, the left hand pushes forward and right to press the outside of the enemy’s right big arm, and flexes the left arm forward and to the right to violently sweep the ear root or temple or neck on the right side of the enemy’s head, severely injuring and knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 3-3).

Fourth, the white tiger pushes the mountain

1. The actual combat preparation of the white tiger pushing the mountain (Figure 4-1): the actual combat preparation requirement of the black tiger taking root in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy slides forward with both feet and approaches me, punching me in the face with his right straight hand; Our left foot immediately retreats half a step, our legs form a left imaginary step, and at the same time the upper body leans back to dodge the enemy’s fist; The double tiger claws are retracted in front of the abdomen (Figure 4-2);

3. While the enemy did not have time to change his moves, our feet quickly slid forward and approached, and the tiger claws of both hands slammed forward from the front of the abdomen to hit the enemy’s chest and hit the enemy severely (Figure 4-3).

5. Black Tiger Arms

1. The actual combat preparation of the black tiger arm (Figure 5-1): the actual combat preparation requirements that require the same as the black tiger in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy slides forward with both feet and approaches me, punching me on the head with his right straight hand; We quickly shifted our center of gravity to our right leg, turned back to the right and dodged the enemy’s right fist (Figure 5-2);

3. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately turns to the left and back, uses the left hand to block the enemy’s right arm outward, and at the same time uses the force of turning and rotating to hit the enemy’s chest with a left lunge and right shoulder; The enemy uses his left palm to push forward to block our right shoulder to defuse our right shoulder attack (Figure 5-3);

4. Without stopping, our side quickly turns to the right and violently sweeps the ear root or temple or neck on the right side of the enemy’s head with the left elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-4).

6. The black tiger sits in the cave

1. The actual combat preparation of the black tiger sitting cave (Figure 6-1): the actual combat preparation requirements that require the same as the black tiger in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy steps with his left foot and kicks his right leg to hit our head; We immediately crouched and dodged (Figure 6-2);

3. Constantly moving upward, taking advantage of the enemy’s one-leg support and unstable center of gravity, our side quickly kicked the enemy’s right supporting leg with the right front sweeping leg and kicked the enemy to the ground (Figure 6-3).

7. The tiger sacrifices its claws

1. Actual combat preparation for the tiger’s claws (Figure 7-1): the actual combat preparation requirement for the black tiger to take root in Figure 1-1;

2. Our side takes the initiative to attack, slides forward and closely, forms a left lunge, and uses the left tiger claw to pounce on the enemy’s front; The enemy’s right foot retreats to the right, turns its body to the right, and avoids the attack of our left tiger claw (Figure 6-2);

3. Our side keeps moving up, steps forward with the right foot into a right lunge, and grabs the enemy’s throat with the right tiger claw; The enemy’s right foot retreats and leans back to dodge the attack of our right tiger claw;

4. Immediately after the upward movement, our left foot immediately stepped forward and approached, and while the enemy was busy defending the upper plate, our side quickly turned to the right, changed to attack the enemy’s middle plate, and hit the enemy’s ribs with horse steps and left tiger claws, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 7-4).

8. The sky is falling

1. The actual combat preparation of the sky collapse hand (Figure 8-1): the actual combat preparation requirement of the black tiger taking root in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy steps forward and right, and kicks our lower body with a right leg; Our side immediately turned to the right and defended the enemy with a horse step and a right cut palm (Figure 8-2);

3. Taking advantage of the unstable center of gravity of the enemy, our side quickly pounced on the enemy’s abdomen with the left tiger claw and knocked the enemy down (Figure 8-3).

9. The tiger fists straight

1. The actual combat preparation of the tiger straight fist (Figure 9-1): the actual combat preparation requirement that requires the same as the black tiger in Figure 1-1;

2. The enemy slides forward and closes and attacks our head with a right straight fist; We immediately block the defense with a left lunge and a left arm (Figure 9-2);

3. If the movement does not stop, our left arm will immediately rotate the arm inward and downward, and hit the enemy in the face with the left straight fist; The enemy’s right foot retreats to the right and leans back to avoid the attack of our left fist (Figure 9-3);

4. Immediately after the upward movement, we slide forward and approach, and while the enemy’s upper body is leaning back and the lower jaw and throat are exposed, we use our right straight fist to hit the enemy’s jaw or throat vigorously, and severely damage the enemy (Figure 9-4).
