First, the front kick hugs the arm and does not fall on the leg
We stand with our right foot in front of us; The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our face with a straight left fist; We immediately dodged to the left while blocking the defense with our right forearm (Figure 1-1). Constantly moving up, our right hand grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls back to prevent the enemy from retreating and escaping, and kicks the enemy’s chest with a forward kick with the left leg (Figure 1-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot falls directly on the outside and rear of the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time uses our left arm to pass out from under the enemy’s left armpit to hold the enemy’s left armpit, and slams our left shoulder with our left shoulder, dropping the enemy to the ground (Figure 1-3). After the enemy has fallen to the ground, we continue to control the enemy’s left arm with both hands, while stomping the enemy’s ribs or abdomen with our left foot to subdue the enemy (Figures 1-4).
Second, the front kick and the other leg wipe the neck and fall
We stand with our right foot in front of us; The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our face with a straight left fist; We immediately dodged to the left while blocking the defense with our right forearm (Figure 2-1). Constantly moving up, our right hand grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls back, while kicking the enemy’s chest with a forward kick with the left leg (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot falls on the outer rear of the enemy’s left leg, pinning the enemy’s left leg with our left leg; Then slash the enemy’s neck with his left arm and drop the enemy to the ground (Figures 2-3). After the enemy has fallen to the ground, our right hand continues to control the enemy’s left arm, while stomping on the opponent’s chest or abdomen with the left foot to subdue the enemy (Figures 1-4).
Third, the front kick hugging leg smashed down
We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy steps up to the right and hits us in the head with a right fist; We immediately mounted the left forearm to block the defense (Figure 3-1). Moving up, our left hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back, while kicking the enemy’s chest with a forward kick with the right leg (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly leaned down, hugged the enemy’s legs with both hands and pulled back, while slamming our heads forward against the enemy’s abdomen, knocking the enemy into uniform (Figures 3-3, Figs. 3-4).
Fourth, step on the feet and fall on the legs
We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy stepped up to the left and grabbed our left hand with his left hand in an attempt to inflict an attack (Figure 4-1). We immediately slammed on the enemy’s left instep with our left foot (Figure 4-2). Constantly moving up, we quickly insert our left leg behind the enemy’s left leg and pin it, while slamming the enemy’s left shoulder with our left shoulder (Figure 4-3). We threw the enemy to the ground and then swirled the enemy’s left arm with both hands to subdue the enemy to the ground (Figs. 4-4).
5. Don’t fall around your arms
From behind, the enemy stepped up to the left and grabbed our left shoulder with his left hand in order to inflict an attack (Figure 5-1). We immediately turn 180 degrees to the right and back, and use our right arm to reverse the enemy’s left arm, and pin our left hand on the outside of the enemy’s left knee, and at the same time hit the enemy’s left shoulder with our left shoulder, throwing the enemy to the ground, and then slamming the enemy’s chest or belly with our left fist, subduing the enemy to the ground (Fig. 5-2, Fig. 5-3).
6. Hit the belly and hold one arm and don’t fall on the leg
We stand with our right foot in front of us; The enemy stepped up to the left and grabbed our right shoulder with his left hand in order to inflict an attack (Figure 6-1). We immediately grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with our right hand, while crouching downwards and punching the enemy in the abdomen with a straight left fist (Figure 6-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s abdominal pain and slow response, we wrapped our left arm around the enemy’s left arm, pinned our left leg behind the enemy’s left leg, and slammed the enemy’s left shoulder with our left shoulder (Figure 6-3). After we threw the enemy to the ground, we immediately lifted the enemy’s left elbow bone with the left forearm, while pulling the enemy’s left wrist down with the right hand, and the two forces were staggered, causing the enemy’s left elbow joint to exceed its range of motion and pain, and was forced to beg for mercy (Figure 6-4).
7. Move your waist and hug and fall
The enemy pulls back from behind us with his hands around our neck (Figure 7-1). We first control the enemy’s hands with both hands, then move the left leg from front to back behind the enemy’s right leg, hold the enemy’s waist with our left arm, and forcefully throw the enemy backward (Figure 7-2). We threw the enemy to the ground and immediately slammed on the enemy’s ribs with our left foot, re-neutralizing the enemy (Figure 7-3).
8. Cut throat and kick down
The enemy kicked our chest and abdomen forward with his right leg; We immediately slid to the left and dodged to the outside of the enemy’s right leg, dodging the enemy’s right leg attack, while holding the enemy’s right calf with our right arm (Figure 8-1). Moving up, we quickly step forward and left, slash the enemy’s throat with the palm of our left hand, and at the same time sweep the enemy’s left leg from back to front with our left foot (Figure 8-2). We kicked the enemy to the ground, and then quickly stomped down with our left foot on the enemy’s chest or belly point, re-invading the enemy in uniform (Figure 8-3).
9. Front kick push shoulder fall
The enemy came at us from the front, and at the same time grabbed my right shoulder with his left hand; We immediately slammed the enemy’s left wrist with our right hand, while kicking the enemy’s chest with a forward kick with our left leg (Figure 9-1). Immediately afterwards, we push the enemy’s left shoulder with our left hand, step with our right foot back, extend our left leg horizontally in front of the enemy’s left leg, push with our left hand, pull the enemy with our right hand, and throw the enemy (Figure 9-2). After we have thrown the enemy to the ground, we continue to control the enemy’s left arm with our right hand, and quickly kneel with our left knee to crush the enemy’s left rib, while slamming the enemy’s chest from top to bottom with our left fist to subdue the enemy (Figure 9-3).
