9 moves to subdue opponents with fist stunts

In self-defense fighting, punches are the simplest and best attack and counterattack techniques.

Compiled a set of fighting moves that subdue opponents with boxing skills and shared them with everyone.

First, fast low and fast fist

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and face each other (Figure 1-1). The enemy slid forward and advanced, while striking our face with his right claw; Our side immediately lowered the center of gravity downward, quickly took half a step forward with our left foot, and sank to avoid the enemy’s right paw; At the same time, taking advantage of the enemy’s attention on the upper plate, without waiting for the enemy to change his defensive moves, he quickly slammed the enemy’s abdomen or crotch with his right straight fist, catching the enemy by surprise (Figure 1-2).

2. Straight punches and back kicks

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other (Figure 2-1). The enemy punches us in the face with his right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm (Figure 2-2). Immediately following the upward movement, our side immediately hit the enemy with our right fist (Figs. 2-3). Regardless of whether our right fist hits the enemy or not, our body quickly turns to the left rear, and while the enemy’s defensive attention is on the upper set, we use the left rear kick to attack the enemy’s abdomen or crotch and hit the enemy hard (Figure 2-3).

3. Fist up and down

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy slid forward with both feet and stepped forward, while reaching out to grab our shoulders (Figure 3-1). Our side rushed forward to meet the enemy, half a step forward with the left foot, legs in a left lunge, and at the same time both fists came out, hitting the enemy in the abdomen with a straight left fist and hitting the enemy’s front with a straight right fist (Figure 3-1).

4. Straight punches with front kicks and back hands

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. We step forward with our right foot, then quickly attack the enemy’s crotch with a front left kick to induce the enemy’s defensive attention to shift to the lower set (Figure 4-1). Our left front kick, whether or not it hits the enemy’s crotch, will force the enemy to tuck in and bend forward; Taking advantage of this opportunity, our left foot quickly fell forward and advanced, while striking the enemy in the face with a heavy fist with our right hand to subdue the enemy (Figure 4-2).

5. Straight front and back swing

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. Our side first punched the enemy front with a straight left hand to induce the enemy to defend (Figure 5-1). Without stopping, our side quickly twisted to the left and struck the enemy’s left head with a right-hand swing fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 5-2).

6. Swing front and back hook

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. We first hit the enemy in the head with a left swing of our forehand to induce the enemy to defend (Figure 6-1). The upward movement did not stop, and our side took advantage of the enemy’s defensive attention to the upper plate, and quickly hit the enemy’s abdomen located in the middle plate with a right-hand hook to defeat the enemy (Figure 6-2).

7. Swing front and back straight

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. We first hit the enemy in the head with a left swing of our forehand to induce the enemy to defend (Figure 7-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly struck out the right straight fist of the rear hand and slammed into the enemy’s front, crushing the enemy (Figure 7-2).

8. Left and right linkages

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. We slide our feet forward and approach and hit the enemy in the abdomen or ribs continuously with our left and right hooks, without giving the enemy a chance to breathe (Figures 8-1, Fig. 8-2).

9. Kick horizontally

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. Our side took the initiative to attack, using the left probe fist of the forehand to continuously hit the enemy’s side and force the enemy to defend (Figure 9-1). While the enemy was tired of defending the upper plate, our side seized the opportunity to violently kick the ribs of the enemy’s middle plate with our right leg to subdue the enemy (Figure 9-2).
