9. Fighting is a common method of wrestling

I have compiled the commonly used wrestling methods in 9 moves and shared them with you.

1. Clamp the neck and fall over the back

Both the enemy and we stand in a left-hand fighting style (the following styles are the same). The enemy punched me in the head with his left straight punch; We immediately block the enemy’s left forearm with our right forearm (Figure 1-1). Immediately our left arm passed through the enemy’s left shoulder, and then flexed the arm to clamp the enemy’s neck; At the same time, step the back of the right foot parallel to the left foot, bend the legs slightly, turn the body to the right, and close the left hip to the enemy’s front body (Figures 1-2). Immediately afterwards, we stretched out our legs, bowed down, lowered our heads, and lifted the enemy on our backs before falling (Figures 1-3).

Second, fall through the arm and back

The enemy punched me in the head with a left straight punch; We immediately dodged to the left and blocked the enemy’s left forearm with our right forearm (Figure 2-1). Immediately, our left hand passes from the enemy’s left arm downwards and hugs the enemy’s upper arm to the front and up, while turning the body to the right, stepping back to the right, and squatting slightly on both legs (2-2). Immediately afterwards, we straightened our legs, bowed our backs, bowed our heads, and threw the enemy over his back (2-3).

Third, hold the leg and fall forward

The enemy punches me on the plate with his right fist; We step up to the left and dive down to dodge, while holding the enemy’s legs with both hands and pulling back hard (Figure 3-1). At the same time, use your right shoulder to press forward against the enemy’s thigh or hip to knock the enemy down (Figure 3-2).

7. Chest shear and fall

The enemy punches me in the head with a straight left punch or a swing punch; We immediately grab the enemy’s arm with our right forearm outward and push back, while taking half a step forward with our right foot (Figure 7-1). Immediately, our left foot is inserted behind the enemy’s left leg to pin the enemy’s left leg, the left arm passes through the enemy’s right shoulder, and the elbow is bent to hold the enemy’s neck (Figure 7-2). Our upper body quickly leaned forward and pressed down on the enemy’s chest, throwing the enemy down (7-3).

8. Kick and wrestle

The enemy attacks our head with a straight right fist; We immediately used our left palm to cover the enemy’s left forearm (Figure 8-1). We then stretch out our right arm through the enemy’s shoulder and use our right hand to touch the right side of the enemy’s neck, while kicking the enemy’s left ankle with our right foot (Figure 8-2). The enemy loses his balance and falls under the attack of our upper neck and lower hook and kick (Figure 8-3).

The enemy and friend hugged each other and fought (Figure 9-1). We wrap our arms around the enemy’s waist, flex and raise our right leg, and wrap our calves around the enemy’s left calf from front to back (Figure 9-2). Immediately, our upper body quickly pressed forward against the enemy’s chest and knocked the enemy down (Figure 9-3).
