9 elbow spells to combat enemies

1. Press twice on the head

Both sides stand in a right-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy kicked us in the waist with his left leg; We immediately cut the defense downward with our right arm (Figure 1-1). Immediately following the upward movement, our right foot takes half a step forward and advances, and then strikes the enemy in the abdomen with our right elbow forward (Figures 1-2). Moving upward, we quickly twisted to the right, and then slammed the enemy’s left head with our left elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Figs. 1-3).

Second, the front kick crosses the elbow and hits the head

Standing opposite the enemy, who hits us in the face with his left fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm outward, while dodging to the left (Figure 2-1). Constantly moving upwards, our right hand grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls back, while hitting the enemy’s crotch with the left leg forward kick technique (Fig. 2-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s crotch being kicked and bending forward and bowing his head, our left foot fell forward and advanced, quickly twisted to the right, and slammed the enemy’s right head with the left elbow with the force of twisting, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 2-3).

3. Kick back with a cross elbow

Standing opposite the enemy, who hits us in the face with his right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right arm outward, while dodging to the left (Figure 3-1). Constantly moving upward, our side quickly twisted to the left behind the left side, and with the power of twisting, slammed the enemy’s left head with the right horizontal elbow (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly turned to the left rear and slammed the enemy’s crotch with a left rear kick, severely damaging the enemy to his uniform (Fig. 3-3).

Fourth, the front kick hits the elbow spinning

Our side stands opposite the enemy, and the enemy attacks us in the face with a straight left fist; We quickly block the defense with our right forearm while dodging to the left side (Figure 4-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our left leg immediately kicked the enemy’s crotch with a forward kick technique (Figure 4-2). Without stopping, our left foot quickly lands forward on the ground, twists the enemy’s left wrist with the right hand, and uses the left elbow to hit the enemy’s head; Immediately after our left elbow is struck, we wrench the enemy’s left elbow from the outside to the inside to subdue the enemy’s counter-joint (Fig. 4-3).

5. Fold the elbow

We stand opposite the enemy, who hits us in the head with a left swing; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm, while dodging to the left (Figure 5-1). Immediately following the upward movement, we quickly step forward and left and advance, twisting our body to the right, and using the force of twisting our body, we hit the enemy’s head with our left elbow (Figure 5-2). Without stopping, we quickly lowered the center of gravity of our bodies and folded the enemy with both hands around the enemy’s waist (Figure 5-3). After the enemy fell to the ground, we quickly stomped on the enemy’s abdomen with our right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 5-4).

Sixth, hit the surface and hit the ribs

The enemy pinched our neck with both hands from behind our back (Figure 6-1). We immediately hit the enemy side backwards with our left fist (Figure 6-2). Immediately afterwards, our body quickly moved to the right and slammed the enemy’s abdomen with our left elbow to subdue the enemy (Figure 6-3).

7. Grab your wrist and hit your elbow

We stand with our right foot in front of us, and the enemy steps up to the right and grabs my right wrist with his right hand (Figure 7-1). Our right hand immediately twists the enemy’s right hand back, and at the same time steps up to the left, presses the enemy’s right shoulder with the left armpit (Fig. 7-2), then slams the enemy’s right ear root with the left elbow (Fig. 7-3), and then catches the enemy’s right arm and subdues it (Fig. 7-4).

8. Top wrist elbow strike

We stand with our right foot in front of us, and the enemy steps up to the left and grabs our hair with his right hand (Figure 8-1). We immediately clasped and controlled the enemy’s right hand with both hands, and then folded the enemy’s right wrist forward (Figure 8-2). Moving upwards, our side quickly stepped up to the left and slammed the enemy’s front with our right elbow to subdue the enemy (Figure 8-3)

9. Horizontal kick elbow strike

Both sides stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other (Figure 9-1). When the enemy strikes me with a right fist, we immediately dodge to the left side and block the defense with our right forearm, then grab the enemy’s right wrist and pull back, while using the right leg kick technique to hit the enemy’s crotch (Figure 9-2). Without stopping, our side quickly slammed the enemy’s right rib with our left elbow to defeat the enemy (Figure 9-3).
