First, kick the head on the vacating side
The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our upper plate with his left fist; With our left foot in front, we block the enemy with our left forearm outward (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, our feet kicked the ground and our bodies flew into the air (Figures 1-2). We then kicked and kicked the enemy in the head with our right side in the air (Figures 1-3).
Second, the cross arm hits the face with flying knees

Fourth, grab the arm and press the chest and abdomen

Fifth, pick fists and legs and grab the crotch

8. Grab your legs and smash your back

Moving upward, our side quickly moved forward, leaned over and hugged the enemy’s left leg with both arms, and at the same time carried the enemy’s thigh with his right shoulder, causing the enemy to fall forward (Figure 8-2). Immediately afterwards, our left palm pressed down on the enemy’s right shoulder, and at the same time smashed the enemy’s back with our right fist, defeating the enemy (Figure 8-3).
9. Hold your arms and kick your crotch
The enemy steps forward with his left foot, while putting his left forearm on his right forearm and hitting us in the chest with his right fist; With our left foot in front, we simultaneously support the enemy’s right wrist with our left palm (Figure 9-1).
