Sorted out a set of Shaolin 12 desperate legs and shared it with everyone.
Those who wear white shoes below are us, and those who wear black shoes are enemies.
First, the poisonous snake double vomit
The two sides confront each other (Figure 1-1). When the enemy pounced on us and wanted to attack us, we immediately raised our left knee, charged up, and prepared to counterattack (Figure 1-2). We immediately kicked the enemy’s crotch with our left leg, which was dodged by the enemy’s right side, while the enemy hit me with a left fist, and our upper body was dodging backwards while bouncing our leg (Fig. 1-3). Constantly moving up, we lean back, shrink the left leg to maintain balance, and at the same time make small jumps backwards with the right leg to support the leg (Figures 1-4). Moving upward, we quickly kicked out the left leg, and we leaned back to extend the effective strike distance and hit the enemy in the crotch (Figs. 1-5).
This move is to attack the enemy’s crotch twice in a row with one leg, which is very effective in urgent confrontation battles.

Second, Yin and Yang combos
The enemy continuously attacked our upper set with left and right punches, and our side continuously stepped backwards to dodge (Fig. 2-1, Fig. 2-1). Without stopping, we immediately attacked the enemy’s crotch and abdomen with our right hind leg (Fig. 2-3). Immediately afterwards, our right foot lands on the ground, with the right leg as the axis, the body continues to rotate to the right and back, and with the momentum of turning, the enemy kicks the enemy’s head with the left leg closed, and the enemy crouches and dodges (Figure 2-4). Without stopping, our left foot lands on the ground, with the left leg as the axis, continue to turn 360 degrees to the right and back, and hit the enemy in the face with the right calf or right heel as we turn around, kicking the enemy down (Figures 2-5).

Third, the white ape sacrifices fruit
The two sides confront each other (Figure 3-1). We attacked the enemy’s crotch and abdomen with our left leg, and the enemy stepped back to dodge (Figure 3-2). Constantly moving upward, our left leg falls forward, then with the left leg as the axis, turn 360 degrees to the right and back, and kick the enemy’s head with the right rear swing leg (Figure 3-3).

Fourth, the crane stretches its legs
We attack the enemy’s chest with our left leg, and the enemy blocks the defense with our left arm (Figure 4-1). Immediately afterwards, the enemy continuously attacked our upper plate with fists, and our side continuously stepped backwards to dodge (Figures 4-2, Figs. 4-3). Keeping moving up, I turned to the right and lifted my left knee and my left leg (Figures 4-4). Immediately afterwards, we attacked the enemy chest with a left kick, and the enemy dodged to the right (Figures 4-5). Moving upward, we quickly retracted our left leg, but did not land on the ground, and then kicked the enemy side (Figs. 4-6).

Fifth, the defeat trend is down
When we confront each other, the enemy pounces on us (Figure 5-1). We hit the enemy’s middle set with a left leg kick (Figure 5-2). The enemy turned to the right and dodged, and attacked our upper plate with a right whip fist (Figure 5-3). We quickly retracted our left leg and turned to the right to dodge the enemy’s whip (Figures 5-4). Constantly moving upwards, our side quickly swung the enemy’s head with its left rear leg, crushing the enemy (Figure 6-5).

6. Borrow Tsubaki to step on the yin
When we confront each other, the enemy pounces on us, and we turn to the right (Figure 6-1). During the roundabout, our right leg was immediately raised to attack the enemy, but the enemy also used a rapid turning footwork to avoid our attack (Figure 6-2). When the two sides reached their original positions, our side again waited for the opportunity to attack the enemy with a long low right leg kick (Figure 6-3). When the enemy tried to retreat and dodge, our side still jumped in a low position on one leg, and still stepped on the knee of the enemy’s supporting leg with our right leg (stepping directly without landing on the ground) to kick the enemy down (Figure 6-4).

7. The tiger hits the tree
When we confront each other, the enemy rushes towards us (Figure 7-1). We attack the enemy’s crotch with our right leg; The enemy dodged to his right and dodged our right leg (Figure 7-2). Moving upward, our right foot descended forward, and then quickly attacked the enemy’s chest and abdomen with our left top knee (Fig. 7-3). After the move, the enemy is hit, retreats backwards; We followed closely and stepped forward with our left foot and hit his crotch with his right knee (Fig. 7-4). Moving upwards, we ended the fight by striking the enemy in the head with a right swing fist (Figures 7-5).

VIII. Golden leopard on the tree
The two sides confront each other (Figure 8-1). Our side took the initiative to attack, attacking the enemy’s chest with the left top knee, and the enemy retreated and retreated to dodge (Figure 8-2). We then leapt up and hit the enemy’s head with our right knee in the air; The enemy again stepped back and dodged (Figure 8-3). We land (Figure 8-4). Without stopping, we hit the enemy’s crotch with our left knee (Figure 8-5). Finally, we end the fight by hitting the enemy in the head with a right swing (Figure 8-6).
