8 sets of knee fighting moves

In close-range combat combat, hitting the enemy with the knee joint is a very effective move, because the knee method is well concealed, and it is difficult for the enemy to detect our attack intention when the two sides twist together. At this time, the knee hits the enemy’s crotch, ribs, chest, abdomen, legs and other parts, and the hit rate is high, which can make the enemy lose the ability to fight in an instant.

In combat combat, in order to enhance the impact of the knee technique, the knee attack should be supplemented by the coordinated combined force of tummy tuck and buttock lift to maximize the power of the knee strike.

1. Put one hand around the neck and knee top of the crotch

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; We use our left forearm to block the defense (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, we quickly stretched out our left hand to wrap around the back of the enemy’s neck, put the strap back, and pressed down, while immediately pressing the enemy’s crotch with our right knee forward and upwards (Fig. 1-2).

2. Wrap your hands around your neck, knees, chest and abdomen

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; We use our left forearm to block the defense (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly stretched forward and grabbed the back of the enemy’s neck with both hands, hugged it back, pressed down, and at the same time continuously hit the enemy’s chest, heart socket or liver and stomach with both left and right knees until the enemy was completely crushed (Figure 2-2).

Third, the side knee hits the ribs

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our left arm, then extend our right hand forward, put our arms around the back of the enemy’s neck, push hard to the right, and at the same time hit the enemy’s left rib laterally from right to left with our right knee (Figure 3-1).

If the enemy attacks our abdomen with a right right leg; While swiping to the left to dodge, we use our left hand to defend the enemy’s right leg from left to right (Figure 3-2). When the enemy’s right leg fell and was not firmly established, we immediately hit the enemy’s left rib with our right knee (Fig. 3-3).

Fourth, the submersible side knee hit the abdomen

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; Our left foot immediately takes a step to the left and crouches down, dodging the enemy’s right fist and extending both hands forward (Figure 4-1). Immediately after we put our hands back and pat the back of the enemy’s back and neck, while hitting the enemy in the abdomen with our right knee (Figure 4-2).

5. Grab the hair and put your arms around the neck and hit your knees against your abdomen

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our face with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm inward (Figure 5-1). Immediately afterwards, our side immediately stretched our right hand forward along the enemy’s right arm, grabbed the hair of the enemy’s neck with our backhand, wrapped our arms around the back of the enemy’s neck, and pulled it hard to the right and down, while slamming the enemy’s abdomen with the right knee (Figure 5-2).

6. Raise the knees to prevent legs from flying on the knees and abdomen

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy kicks us in the ribs with his right whip leg; We immediately raised our left knee and pulled it outwards to intercept the enemy’s right whip leg (Figure 6-1). Then, before the enemy’s right leg hit the ground, our right leg (support leg) quickly jumped forward, took off the body, and slammed the raised left leg into the enemy’s chest and abdomen from back to front in the air (Figure 6-2).

7. Pull the ear (grab the hair) and hit the face with the knee

The enemy attacks our head with a left swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm, then extend our right arm forward rapidly along the enemy’s left arm, grab the enemy’s left ear (or grab his hair) with his right hand, and pull it back and down so that the enemy’s face is facing down, while hitting the enemy’s face upward with his left top knee (Figure 7).

8. Arm arm side knee against rib abdomen

The enemy attacks our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately slide to the left, forward and get close to the enemy’s right side, then block the enemy’s right forearm down with our right forearm, and grab the enemy’s right arm from the outside with our left hand to the right side, causing the enemy’s upper body to lean forward, while hitting the enemy’s ribbed and abdomen with our right knee (Figure 8).
