First, the position – the lion sends the ball

“Lion Sending the Ball” Practical Usage 1:

1. The preparatory form of the practical usage of “Lion Sending the Ball” 1: our left three-body posture stands, and the enemy’s right fighting posture stands; The two sides confront each other (Figure 1-1);

2. The enemy steps up and right and attacks our upper plate with a right straight fist; Our side immediately used our left hand to block outward, and the right palm upwards to support the enemy’s right elbow joint to defuse the enemy’s attack, while raising the crotch of the right knee to prepare for the next right leg attack (Figure 1-2);

“White Snake Spit Letter” Practical Usage 1:

2. The enemy slides forward and closes and attacks our head with a right straight fist; We immediately block the defense with our left palm outward (Figure 2-2);

2. The enemy attacks our upper plate with a left straight fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm outward (Figure 8-2);
