1. Clamp the neck and hit the legs

we stand in a left-hand fighting style, with our left foot clasped to the right, our right hand hanging outward on the opponent’s left arm, and the left hand passing through the opponent’s right shoulder and holding the opponent’s neck (Figure 1-1). Our right foot is turned to the right to turn back to the opponent, and the left foot is lifted in front of the opponent’s left leg (Figure 1-2). Immediately afterwards, I turned my waist to the right while slamming my left leg behind me, pulling the opponent’s left arm back with my right hand, and leaning over and pressing him with my right hand around his neck, knocking him up and falling to the ground (Figs. 1-3).

We stand in a left-fighting style, with our left leg snapped, our right hand hanging outward to grab the opponent’s left arm, and our left hand coming out from under the opponent’s right armpit backwards (Figure 2-1). Our right foot is turned right, turned to the right so that it is back to the other party, the left foot is raised in front of the opponent’s left foot, and the left hand is pressed against the opponent’s armpit and inserted deep into the opponent’s body (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, I turned my waist to the right while my left leg was thrown behind the body, my left hand wrapped around the right side of the other body, and the right hand jerked the opponent’s left arm back and threw the opponent to the ground (Figures 2-3, Figs. 2-4).

Third, the neck hook and the leg fall

We stand in a left-fighting style, grabbing the opponent’s right wrist with the left hand and putting the right hand on the opponent’s right shoulder (Figure 3-1). While I twist my waist to the right, I kick the opponent’s right leg with my right leg to the left, press the opponent’s neck down with my right hand to the right, and lift the opponent’s right arm up with my left hand to the left and drop the opponent to the ground (Figures 3-2, Figs. 3-3).

Fourth, hold the leg and hook the leg and fall

When both parties hug each other face to face, we clasp each other’s waists with both hands, and extend our right foot (left foot) forward behind each other’s left foot (right foot) (Figure 4-1). We use our right heel to slam the hook, knock the opponent’s left calf, press the opponent’s body forward, and crush the opponent to the ground (Fig. 4-2, Fig. 4-3).
