Eagle Claw Fist is a kind of boxing technique developed by absorbing the shape, intention and striking method of the eagle, which belongs to the pictogram fist. This punch mainly mimics the action of an eagle’s claw grabbing and eagle wing rolling. First, pull the arm and choke the throat

Second, pull the arm to press the elbow and the eagle’s claw to pinch the throat

Immediately afterwards, our left foot stepped up behind the enemy, while the left eagle claw reached forward from the enemy’s right arm and pinched the enemy’s throat (Figure 7-2).
8. Grab the back of the eagle and choke the throat
