7 fighting moves that ordinary people can use

In hand-to-hand combat, hitting enemies with their knees is a very effective move. Because of the good concealment of the knee technique, it is difficult for the enemy to detect our attack intent when twisted with the enemy. We can hit the enemy’s lower abdomen, ribs, stomach, and legs with our knees. Moreover, the hit rate is high, which can make the enemy lose combat effectiveness in an instant.

In actual combat, in order to enhance the impact force of the knee method, the knee method should be supplemented by the coordinated combined force of tummy tuck and buttock lift to maximize the power of knee strike.

In addition, when attacking with the knee, hand cooperation is also required. When implementing it, you can first clasp the enemy’s neck with both hands, shake it from side to side to make it lose its center of gravity, and at the same time put your hands around the enemy’s head from both sides, tightly clamp the enemy’s neck with your forearms, and quickly raise your knees to hit the enemy. You can also clamp the enemy’s neck and push back, using the enemy’s resistance to raise the knee and hit the enemy’s lower abdomen.

example 1:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. I first punched the enemy in the face with my right straight fist to force the enemy to defend (Figure 1-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s defense of the upper plate and the middle plate showing the empty space, our hands quickly clasped the enemy’s neck and pulled back forcefully, while hitting the enemy’s front with both left and right knees in turn, paralyzing the enemy (Figures 1-2, Figures 1-3).

Example 2:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy attacks our face with a straight right fist (Figure 2-1). We immediately dodged backwards to dodge, then stepped up to the right, grabbed the enemy’s neck with both hands, and hit the enemy’s abdomen with our left and right knees (Figures 2-2, Figs. 2-3).

Example 3:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. We hit the enemy’s side with our left palm, forcing the enemy to defend the upper plate (Figure 3-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s backwards to dodge, we kicked the enemy’s left leg in a low left position to kick the shin or knee of the enemy’s left leg (Figure 3-2). When the enemy was hit in the shin or knee and was forced to bend forward and bow his head, we took advantage of this opportunity to grab the back of the enemy’s head with both hands and press down hard, while slamming the enemy’s front with our knees (Figure 3-2).

Example 4:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. We slid forward, feigned an attack on the enemy’s head with a straight left fist, and the enemy bent down to dodge (Figure 4-1). Taking advantage of the situation, we quickly stepped up to the right, clasped the enemy’s neck with both hands, and continuously hit the enemy’s chest or abdomen with our left and right knees until they were completely crushed (Figs. 4-2, Fig. 4-1).

Example 5:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. When the enemy attacks our head with a straight right fist, we preemptively poke the enemy’s eyes with the finger of our right palm (Figure 5-1). Immediately afterwards, we hit the enemy’s jaw with our left elbow (Figure 5-2). We then hit the enemy’s abdomen with our left knee (Figure 5-3).

Example 6:

Both sides stand and face off in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy punches me in the head with his right fist, and we block the defense with our left arm (Figure 6-1). Immediately afterwards, we grabbed the enemy’s shoulders with both hands and slammed them downwards, while hitting the enemy’s side with our right upward knee (Figure 6-2).

Example 7:

The enemy stepped up and approached, choked me by the throat with both hands, and immediately pushed the enemy’s elbow joint upwards with both palms (Figure 7-1). He then quickly struck the enemy’s lower abdomen with his right knee (Figure 7-2). Immediately afterwards, we plunged our palms into the enemy’s ribs (Fig. 7-3).
