7 Elbow Technique Moves Kung Fu

Today, I will share with you the top elbow combo 1-8 style, this combo elbow method elbow is connected, the sound of the east hits the west, the finger hits up and down, the time is virtual and real, the elbow is in the elbow, suddenly concealed, rigid and changeable, fast as lightning, making the enemy defenseless, is a blockbuster weapon in hand-to-hand combat, can be called “serial heavy artillery”.

This is a sequel to the elbow fighting technique, 7 types of elbow techniques and 18 techniques, and storming the enemy’s head, chest, ribs and abdomen.

First, the left front elbow hit the chest + hit the head

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. Our side takes the initiative to attack, suddenly sliding forward and entering, while turning the body slightly to the right and bending the left elbow in front of the chest; When approaching the enemy, quickly use the left front elbow to push straight forward to attack the enemy’s chest (Figure 1-1). The enemy is hit or dodged and retreats to the left and retreat, and then quickly slides forward and enters, while turning slightly to the right and bending the left elbow in front of the chest; When approaching the enemy, quickly use the left front elbow forward and straight up to attack the enemy’s head, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 1-2)

Second, the left front top elbow hits the abdomen + the surface

Reserve: Our side stands in a left fighting style, and the enemy fights in a right fighting style, facing each other. We take the initiative to attack, suddenly sliding forward and entering, and quickly attacking the enemy’s abdomen with our left front elbow forward and straight down (Figure 2-1). While the enemy slid backwards and retreated to dodge, our side quickly slid forward and followed up, while using the left front elbow to push forward and upwards straight out the bridge of the nose or jaw of the attacking enemy’s face, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 2-2).

Third, the left front top elbow hit the chest + hit the abdomen

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy retreats to the right and retreats to dodge, and our side quickly slides forward again and follows in, while turning slightly to the right and bending the left elbow in front of the chest; When approaching the enemy, quickly use the left front elbow to push straight forward and attack the enemy’s chest, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 4-2).

5. Left front top elbow serial strike surface

6. The left front top elbow hit the chest in a row

7. The left anterior elbow hits the abdomen continuously

Reserve: Our side stands in a left fighting style, and the enemy fights in a right fighting style, facing each other. Taking advantage of the enemy’s distraction, our side quickly slid forward and advanced, while feigning an attack on the enemy’s abdomen with our left front elbow forward and straight down (Figure 7-1). The enemy slid backwards and retreated to dodge, while our side immediately slid forward quickly and followed up closely, while slamming the enemy in the abdomen with our left front elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 7-2).
