I have sorted out a set of military and police fighting styles that attack from the back and share them with you.
This is a sequel to military and police fighting techniques: 6 sets of active offensive moves, which are very simple and practical, suitable for Xiaobai’s self-defense.
First, cut the neck and hit the ribs
Our side quietly approaches the enemy from behind (Figure 1-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s unpreparedness, our side kicked the enemy’s right knee socket with our right foot (Figure 1-2). Immediately afterwards, we slash the right side of the enemy’s neck from right to left with our right palm (Figures 1-3). We then hit the enemy’s left rib with a left hook (Fig. 1-4).

Second, press the elbow and hit the leg
Our side quietly approached the enemy from behind it (Figure 2-1). Our
With your right hand, grasp the enemy’s right wrist from the side and pull it up (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, we press down on the enemy’s right elbow with our left palm (Fig. 2-3). Immediately, our left foot quickly stepped forward towards the enemy’s right leg, pinned the enemy’s right calf with the left calf, and pushed the enemy’s right elbow joint forward with the left hand to knock the enemy down the uniform (Fig. 2-4).

Third, pull the wrist and cut the neck
Our side quietly approaches the enemy from behind it (Figure 3-1). We grasp the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and pull it back (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we step on the enemy’s right knee with our left foot and raise our left palm to charge (Figure 3-3). Then we slash down with our left palm down on the right side of the enemy’s neck to subdue the enemy (Figures 3-4).

Fourth, grab your wrists and step on your knees
Our side quietly approaches the enemy from behind it (Figure 4-1). We grasp both wrists of the enemy with both hands (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we pull the enemy’s wrists back with both hands, and at the same time raise our right leg and step on the enemy’s right knee socket with our feet (Figure 4-3). After the enemy kneels on the ground, we then use our left foot to violently forward the enemy’s back to subdue the enemy (Figs. 4-4).

5. Neck chopping and kicking
Our side quietly approaches the enemy from behind, with the right hand in the palm and the right arm raised on the left (Figure 5-1). We then slashed the enemy’s rear left neck with our right palm (Figure 5-2). At the same time, we kick the outside of the enemy’s right ankle joint with our right foot from the outside to the inside (Figure 5-3). After the enemy falls to the ground, we use our right foot to violently step down on the enemy’s neck and subdue the enemy (Figs. 5-4).

6. Kick your knees and lock your neck
Our side quietly approaches the enemy from behind it (Figure 6-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s unpreparedness, our side stepped on the knee socket of the enemy’s right leg with our left foot (Figure 6-2). Immediately afterwards, our left arm was extended over the enemy’s left shoulder (Figure 6-3). Then we step down with our left foot, while locking the enemy’s throat and neck with our left forearm, and holding our left wrist with our right hand and pulling back to lock the enemy’s throat and neck and subdue the enemy (Figure 6-2).
