This is a continuation of the simple and practical and easy-to-master self-defense tricks of foreign military and police fighting techniques (1).

7. Circle the top of the arm
This is a fighting move of the Philippine military and police. We step up with our right foot between the enemy’s feet, pass our right arm under the enemy’s left arm, and slap the enemy’s face with our left palm (Figure 7-1). Immediately afterwards, our right arm circled the enemy’s left arm, and at the same time raised our left knee and slammed into the enemy’s crotch and abdomen (Figure 7-2). Constantly moving upwards, our right hand presses down on the enemy’s left shoulder (Figure 7-3). Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand continues to pick down the enemy’s left shoulder, while grabbing the enemy’s left wrist with the left hand to subdue the enemy to the ground (Figure 7-4).
8. Leg topping
This is a fighting move of the Philippine military and police. The enemy attacks our crotch with its right leg, and we immediately block outward with our left forearm (Figure 8-1). Immediately afterwards, we quickly crouched, took a step forward with our left foot, and immediately turned and bowed our heads, bent over under the enemy’s crotch, and grasped it with our right hand (Figure 8-2). Push the enemy forward with your shoulders against your hips or thighs, and pull your hands back on your knees (Figure 8-3). Immediately after the upward movement, we quickly sat on the enemy’s lower back, passed under the enemy’s chin with our right hand, locked the enemy’s throat with our right arm, grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand, folded the wrist to straighten the enemy’s left arm back and placed it at the base of our left thigh (Figure 8-4). Immediately afterwards, quickly switch your left hand to lock your throat, control the enemy’s right arm in the same way, and clamp the enemy’s elbows with both legs (Fig. 8-5).
9. Kneeling and falling
This is a fighting move of the Polish military police. The enemy attacked our crotch with his right leg, and we immediately blocked it outward with our left forearm (Figure 9-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand grabs the enemy’s right ankle or right calf, quickly turns the body to the left, takes a step horizontally to the left with the left foot, passes under the enemy’s legs with the right foot, hangs the enemy’s left leg, and then continues to turn left, pressing the enemy’s right thigh forward with the right shoulder to the left (Figure 9-2). The enemy fell under the force of our up and down trip (Figure 9-3).
10. Stumbling and falling
This is a fighting move of the US military and police. Facing the enemy, we suddenly leap forward, stepping our left foot up to the outside of the enemy’s right leg, while grabbing the enemy’s shoulder with both hands (Figure 10-1). Constantly moving upward, we use our left leg as a support leg, quickly arc the right leg forward to the back of the enemy’s right leg, and continue to grasp the enemy’s shoulders with both hands (Figure 10-2). Immediately afterwards, our right leg swings backwards violently, slamming the enemy’s right calf with our right calf, while pushing both hands forward and down on the enemy’s shoulders, knocking the enemy down (Figure 10-3).
11. Kicking the elbow
This is a fighting move of the Japanese military and police. The enemy grabbed our left hand with both hands (Figure 11-1). We quickly kicked the enemy’s crotch with our right foot (11-2). Immediately afterwards, our left hand pulls back, while grabbing the back side of the enemy’s left hand with our right hand (Figure 11-3). Moving upward, we turn our left wrist with our left hand, grab the enemy’s left hand, put the right hand close to the chest, pull the enemy’s left arm with the left hand, turn the body to the left, and use the right elbow to hit the outside of the enemy’s left elbow joint with a strong force, and knock the enemy down (Fig. 11-4). Moving upwards, we quickly slammed our right fist into the enemy’s lower back and kidney (Figure 11-5). Then kick the enemy in the ribs with his foot to severely damage the enemy (Fig. 11-6).
12. Twist your hands and fall back
This is a fighting move of the Japanese military and police. The enemy grabbed our right wrist with his right hand (Figure 12-1). Our right arm is immediately raised to the left with the elbow bent, and when it is at a right angle to the enemy’s right hand, we grab the enemy’s right wrist from below and raise the enemy’s right hand upwards (Figure 12-2). Without stopping, our side quickly grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand, twisted the enemy’s right arm downward and right, extended the left foot forward to the enemy’s left foot, turned around and drilled under the enemy’s right wrist, and turned back 360 degrees to the right to lift the enemy (Figure 12-3). Our side continued to wrench the enemy and accelerate the enemy’s fall to the ground (Figure 12-4). After the enemy falls to the ground, our hands continue to control the enemy’s right arm, while stomping on the enemy’s abdomen or ribs with our feet, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 12-5).
