11 groups of Shaolin neck secret moves

The neck of the human body is distributed with veins, arteries, vagus nerves and trachea, and when locked down, it can lead to poor blood flow to the brain, insufficient blood supply, and fainting. In the MMA ring, although direct fist attacks on the back of the neck and throat are prohibited, it is possible to lock and press with the technique of naked stranding. Bare neck twisting is an important submission technique for knockout opponents in the MMA ring.

Traditional Chinese martial arts have many neck-locking and choking moves, which are very practical in self-defense and self-defense fighting. “Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has sorted out 11 Shaolin boxing tricks to share with everyone.
