First, the striking surface is twisted elbow

Action Essentials:

1. On the basis of confrontation or fighting with the enemy, the enemy wants to attack me (Figure 1-1).

2. The enemy’s right swing fist attacks the left side of my head, I step up with my left foot at the same time, block the enemy’s right forearm with my left forearm, and hit the enemy’s face with my right hand (Figure 1-2).

3. The left hand quickly clasps the enemy’s right forearm, and the right hand quickly knocks back the enemy’s right elbow joint, so that the enemy’s right arm is bent (Figure 1-3).

4. The left forearm presses the enemy’s right forearm with the front and bottom, the right hand brings the enemy’s right elbow back, and the right forearm is strangled with both hands (Figure 1-4).

5. Continue to step up with the left foot, and press down on the body to force the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 1-5).

6. The right hand pulls out and pushes the enemy’s elbow, so that the enemy’s right forearm is folded on the side of the head, and then kneels on the left knee to press the enemy’s right elbow, the left hand presses the enemy’s right elbow, the right knee kneels to press the enemy’s abdomen, and the right hand swings a fist to control the enemy (Figure 1-6).

Action points: While blocking the impact surface, the elbow joint of the enemy is accurately coordinated, and the body is fast and controlled.

Second, the circle arm hook kick

Action Essentials:

1. The enemy’s right straight fist attacks my head, and while I dodge left, my left hand quickly slaps down the enemy’s right forearm, and my right hand hits the enemy’s face (Figure 2-1).

2. Hold the enemy’s right forearm around the right arm, step with the right foot, hook and kick the enemy’s right leg with the left foot, and extend the left hand forward to cross the enemy’s throat (Figure 2-2).

3. Turn the body left and back, hook and kick horizontally, and make the enemy fall backwards (Figure 2-3).

4. Throw the enemy in front of the body, hold the enemy’s head with the left hand, and hold the enemy’s right arm (Figure 2-4) and (Figure2-5 front) with the right hand.

5. Kneel on the left knee to press the enemy’s neck, kneel on the right knee to the enemy’s waist, circle the enemy’s right arm with the right hand, and press the enemy’s right elbow with the left hand to control the enemy (Figure2-6).

Action points: press the enemy’s straight fist fast and accurately; The arm hook and kick are coordinated, and the fall control is fast.

3、 Kick belly and press shoulder

Action Essentials:

1. The enemy’s right straight fist attacked my head, and I dodged left while keeping my right hand out of the way and grasping the enemy’s right wrist (figure3-1).

2. Quickly kick the enemy in the abdomen with the right leg, forcing the enemy to bend down (figure3-2).

3. At the same time when the right foot retreats, grasp the enemy with the left hand and press down the right elbow, press down the enemy’s right shoulder with the left elbow, and fold the enemy’s wrist with the right hand (figure3-3).

4. Take another step to the right with the right foot, press the elbow joint of the enemy with the left hand, and press the shoulder of the enemy with the left elbow, so that the enemy falls in front of the body (figure3-4).

5. I kneel on my right knee to press the enemy’s neck, my left knee to the enemy’s waist, my left hand to fold the enemy’s wrist, and my right hand to grasp the enemy’s elbow to control the enemy (Figure 3-5).

Action points: block the wrist grasp, get up quickly, grasp the elbow and press the shoulder quickly, and retreat with a stable center of gravity.
