Emei boxing, together with Shaolin boxing and Wudang boxing, is known as the three major types of Chinese martial arts. This boxing technique is strong, turning ten thousand laws into one law, breaking ten thousand laws with one law, and coming first to defeat the enemy with the same action. It is one of the outstanding cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.
“Kung Fu Wushu Cool” sorted out 5 sets of Emei boxing hands and legs and used active attack methods to share with everyone.
1. Introduction method
In a confrontation between the enemy and us, our side struck the enemy in the face with a left-flipped back, while stepping on the knee or shin of the enemy’s front leg with our right foot; At this time, the enemy did not care about the upper and lower levels, and although there was a parry at the top, he was kicked below (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, we use our right straight fist to twist the waist and turn the hip with the right foot to punch the enemy’s waist ribs or abdomen (Fig. 1-2). At this point, the enemy hooks our right wrist with his right hand to protect his ribs, and at the same time swings his left fist to hit me on the head (Figures 1-3). In this case, I can wait for the enemy’s hook to descend, then withdraw our left hand, and instead turn my right back fist and slam the enemy’s door (Figure 1-4); Or use your right hand to pull away the enemy’s incoming punch while attacking the enemy’s abdomen with your left fist (Figures 1-5); Or retreat slightly and press the enemy’s abdomen with your right leg (Figures 1-6).
Second, lead through the sleeve arrow leg exercise
Our side attacks the enemy’s face with a left step and a left push; The enemy defends with a left imaginary step and a left palm outside the block (Figure 2-1). After the move, our right hand quickly lifts up to the enemy’s left wrist, while swinging the left foot in half a small step to the left, following with the right foot, leaning into the enemy’s crotch, and slamming the enemy’s throat with the palm of the left hand while facing the enemy’s front with our side (Figure 2-2). The enemy jumps back with both feet to dodge, while we kick the enemy in the chest and abdomen with our right leg and kick the enemy’s face with our right fist (Figures 2-3). Immediately afterwards, we step forward with our right foot and smash the enemy’s face or chest from top to bottom with our right elbow (Figures 2-4). When the enemy is beaten back and forth, we then attack the enemy’s crotch with our left leg, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 2-5).
Third, hook kick and kick pounce
The enemy attacked us by kicking his legs and pushing his chest (Figure 3-1). We can take advantage of the enemy’s first attack, pull the enemy’s hand away from the top down, and then lift our other right foot and insert it one step back (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we kick the enemy’s right heel with our left foot (Fig. 3-3), lean back with the enemy’s body, and push the right and pull left with both hands, knocking the enemy down (Figs. 3-4).
Fourth, the stumbling leg attack method
In the confrontation between the enemy and us, our side kicked the enemy’s left leg and knee with a low right side (Figure 4-1). Immediately afterwards, our right foot landed on the enemy’s left foot, tripped the enemy’s left leg with our right leg, and slammed the enemy’s face with a right-flip back fist (Figure 4-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s side being hit and leaning back, we hit the enemy’s chest and abdomen with our right elbow (Figs. 4-3), and then grabbed the enemy’s crotch with our right hand (Figs. 4-4). Immediately afterwards, we hooked the enemy’s left heel with our right foot and pushed the enemy’s chest with our right hand, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figs. 4-5).
5. Continuous leg method
The enemy pounced on us, and at the same time smashed our head with his right fist; We immediately crouched down to dodge with our right kneeling while defending with our left forearm (Figure 5-1). Immediately, we slashed diagonally into the enemy’s face with our right palm and kicked the enemy’s chest with our right leg (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly twisted our waist to the left and turned around, kicking the enemy’s heart socket with our right back leg (Figure 5-3). Immediately after the upward movement, our right foot immediately fell vigorously, and slammed the enemy’s left instep with the sole of the right foot (Fig. 5-4). Then we quickly turn 180 degrees to the left, and kick the enemy’s neck or back with the left leg (Figures 5-5).
