First, anti-straight fist

Third, anti-upper hook

The two sides clashed, moving forward in opposite directions, while hitting our jaw with a right upper hook; We immediately dodged to the left side, pressed his right fist with his right hand, wrapped his left hand around the back of his right upper arm and pulled back, and at the same time slammed his right knee into the opponent’s left waist rib to defeat him (Figure 3).

4. Anti-elbow

Immediately afterwards, our right foot kicked the ground, our body soared, and we hit the opponent’s chest with our right flying knee, crushing him (Figure 7-2).

8. Anti-spin kick

When the two sides clash, the opposite side turns left and back, and attacks our head with a left-handed kick; We immediately crouched down to dodge (Figure 8-1). Then, taking advantage of the opponent’s turn to face us and not gaining a foothold, we quickly stepped forward and left and hit the opponent’s abdomen with our right knee to defeat him (Figure 8-2).

9. Prevent forward leg pedaling

When the two sides clashed, the other attacked our abdomen with a left leg; We immediately lift our left knee inward and cross its left leg (Figure 9-1). Immediately afterwards, our right foot kicked forward and upwards, our body soared, and we hit the opponent’s chest with our right flying knee, knocking him out (Figure 9-2).

10. Prevent back pedaling

When the two sides clashed, the other side hit our crotch and abdomen with a left back kick; We immediately raised our left knee and blocked the defense with our left calf inward (10-1). Immediately afterwards, taking advantage of the enemy’s retracted left leg and still gaining a foothold, our left foot quickly fell forward, and we slammed the opponent’s back with a right diagonal knee to defeat it (Figure 10-2).

11. Sweep the legs in the middle of the defense

When the two sides clashed, the other side swept our left ribs with a right middle sweeping leg; We immediately slide forward to the right to dodge the opponent’s left leg, while holding the left calf with our left hand, and then quickly crush the opponent’s abdomen or ribs with the right forward knee (Figure 11).

When the two sides clashed, the other entered and tried to attack us with the right knee of the hoop; We immediately crack the attack by holding his waist with both hands and pressing his body close to the opponent’s body so that he cannot make a move (Figure 12).
