First, scratch the wrist and collapse

Second, wrench the wrist to press the elbow
1. The enemy steps up to the left and grabs my left shoulder with his right hand;
2. Our side immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, and pushed the enemy’s left elbow to the right with the left hand;
3. Our body immediately twists to the right, with the help of the force of twisting, our right hand twists the enemy’s right wrist backward, and at the same time the left hand violently pushes the right and down to the elbow, and the right hand pushes the enemy’s right wrist to the enemy’s elbow joint, so that the enemy’s wrist joint and elbow joint are in a state of reverse joint and will feel pain and be caught over and bent over.
In the event of a stubborn enemy, our side can use our right hand to wrench the enemy’s right arm behind and upward, and at the same time smash the right side of the enemy’s back with the left fist downward, causing the enemy’s right shoulder to be immediately dislocated.
Third, grab the hair and take out the legs
1. Our side takes the initiative to attack, we step up and right to get close, and grab the enemy’s hair with our right hand;
2. In the face of our attack, the enemy grabbed the back of our right hand with both hands, and leaned forward, head forward, trying to fold our right wrist and injure it;
3. In the face of the enemy’s counterattack and grappling, our side enters the left foot, bends the right elbow, the tip of the elbow is forward, and the right hand is pulled back to dissolve the enemy’s folding of my right wrist; At the same time, we put our left hand around the enemy’s right leg and knee socket;
4. After the upward movement, our left hand violently lifts the enemy’s left knee socket upward, and at the same time, the right hand pushes forward and down the enemy’s head, and falls the enemy on his back.
Fourth, press the elbow wrench
1. The enemy grabs our chest with his right hand from the front;
2. Our side immediately turns slightly to the right, and at the same time grabs the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, and then our left arm bends the elbow and clamps the enemy’s right forearm from top to bottom with our left big arm;
3. The upward movement does not stop, our side immediately squats down, with the help of the force of squatting and sinking, uses the left big arm to apply pressure to the side of the enemy’s right wrist fist wheel; At the same time, our right hand violently wrenches the enemy’s right wrist upwards, and the enemy will feel severe pain and give in and capture.
5. Bumping elbow strikes
1. The enemy hugged me tightly around the waist with both arms from my back;
2. Our side throws our head back violently and slams the enemy’s front with the back of our head;
3. Taking advantage of the enemy’s face attack, we immediately twist back to the right, and with the help of the force of twisting, we flex our right arm and use our right elbow to counterattack the enemy’s right ear root or neck.
6. Roll your wrist and pull your arms
1. The enemy is coming from our side head-on and wants to grab my chest with his right hand;
2. Our side immediately grasps the enemy’s right palm with both hands, so that the enemy’s right hand is facing its own and his hand is facing away from the enemy; At the same time, our side presses the thumbs of both hands against the palm of the enemy’s right hand, and rolls the enemy’s back in the direction of the enemy to fold the enemy’s right wrist;
3. Our side immediately retreats to the right, and at the same time leans forward, while curling the enemy’s right wrist, pulling the enemy’s right arm down and into his arms, and throwing the enemy down.
13. Top chest and abdomen
1. The enemy grabbed my shoulders with both hands from behind me;
2. We immediately retreat to the right, turn right 90 degrees, and squat into a horse step to stabilize the center of gravity; At the same time, with the power of twisting, he violently hit the enemy’s heart pit with his right elbow;
3. Keep moving up, then move our center of gravity to the left leg into a left lunge, tilt the upper body to the left to prevent the enemy from counterattacking, and at the same time use the right palm to slap the enemy’s lower body or abdomen diagonally down.
14. Fold your wrists and twist your arms
1. The enemy grabs our right shoulder with his left hand from the front;
2. Our side immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s left hand with our left hand, and at the same time grasped the enemy’s right elbow joint with our right hand to prevent the enemy’s left arm from escaping and making the enemy’s left arm unbent;
3. The upward movement does not stop, and our hands simultaneously force the enemy’s left arm to the left and down; At the same time, our left hand bends the enemy’s left wrist in the direction of its elbow joint, and the right hand presses the enemy’s right elbow joint downward, so that the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints of the enemy’s left arm run in reverse joints; At this time, the enemy will feel severe pain and bow down.
If a stubborn enemy resists violently, our left hand can wrench the enemy’s left arm upwards, and at the same time hit the left side of the enemy’s back with the right fist, and the enemy’s left shoulder joint will be dislocated.
Fifteen, double palm ribs
1. The enemy chokes our throat with both hands from the front, trying to suffocate me;
2. Our side immediately slams the enemy’s ribs with both palms or cuts the enemy’s ribs to relieve this dangerous situation.
16. Hit the head and belly
1. The enemy grabs our right wrist with his right hand from the front;
2. With the right wrist joint as the axis, we wrap the enemy’s wrist from the bottom of the enemy’s right wrist to the clockwise direction, and use the side of the little finger of our right hand as the force point to cut down the enemy’s right wrist to free the enemy’s wrist;
3. The upward movement does not stop, after freeing the enemy’s grasp of the wrist, we immediately grab the enemy’s right wrist, and pull the enemy’s right arm into the arms, and at the same time step up and left into a left lunge to hit the enemy in the face with a left flip back;
4. Taking advantage of the enemy’s upper plate face hit or busy defending the upper plate, our side immediately hit the enemy’s abdomen with a left lunge and right fist.
17. Hook legs and kick knees
1. Our side is knocked down by the enemy or our side falls to the ground on our own initiative; The enemy pounced on me, and our side immediately lay on the left side to brake quietly;
2. When the enemy approaches us, we immediately clasp the heel of the enemy’s front leg with the tip of our left foot;
3. If the movement does not stop, our left foot immediately hooks back the enemy’s front heel, while our right leg quickly bends the knee and kicks forward the knee or tibia of the enemy’s front leg to kick the enemy down.
18. Anti-elbow top center
1. The enemy grabs our right fist with his left hand from the front of us and pushes it to us, so that our right arm is bent at the elbow, and the enemy immediately supports the tip of my right elbow with his right hand, and twists our elbow with both hands, trying to make our right elbow joint run in a reverse joint, so as to capture us;
2. In response to this situation, our right foot immediately advances forward, bends the knee and squats slightly, and then turns the body 180 degrees to the left and back, and our head drills out from under our right arm;
3. By turning and spinning, our side can free the enemy’s capture and counterattack the enemy with the left anti-elbow.
19. Twist your arms and fall
1. I meet the enemy, I use my right hand to pretend to shake hands with the enemy (Figure 19-1);
2. Taking advantage of the enemy’s relaxation of vigilance, our side suddenly flips the enemy’s right hand upwards, so that his palm is facing upward; Immediately our side stepped up to the left and approached, and immediately turned right and backward 180 degrees while raising the enemy’s right arm; The moment our side turns our back to the enemy, we squat slightly on our knees, carry the enemy’s right armpit on our left shoulder, firmly grasp the enemy’s right wrist with both hands, and straighten the enemy’s right arm (Figure 19-2);
3. Constantly moving up, our hands force downward and forward to pull the enemy’s right arm, while bending down and pressing the hips up against the enemy’s crotch, throwing the enemy out from back to front (Figure 19-3).
20. Push your elbow with your fingers
1. The enemy provokes us, grabs our chest with both hands, and wants to further invade us (Figure 20-1);
2. 3. The upward movement does not stop, our side immediately turns sharply to the left, and with the power of turning, our hands join forces to twist and press the enemy’s left arm to the left, so that the enemy’s left elbow joint runs in a reverse joint and causes severe pain (Figure 20-3).
The little finger and left elbow joint of the enemy’s left hand were counterattacked by us, and the enemy released the hands that grabbed my chest, and our side freed the enemy’s control and successfully counterattacked.
21. Cut your wrists and hit the yin
1. The fierce enemy chokes us by the throat with both hands from the front, trying to suffocate me (Figure 21-1);
2. In the face of this dangerous situation, our side uses the most powerful right palm to slash down the enemy’s wrist, and at the same time raise the right knee to slam the enemy’s lower vulva or abdomen, so that the enemy can let go.
22. Turn around and kick your belly
1. From our right side, the enemy grasps our right hand with his right hand, grasps our right elbow with his left hand, and wants to twist his right arm backwards (Fig. 22-1);
2. Our side immediately turns left to face away from the enemy, and at the same time bends the right leg and quickly bends the knee (Figure 22-2);
3. Without stopping, our right foot violently kicked back to hit the enemy’s abdomen to free the enemy’s control of my right arm (Figure 22-3).
23. Wash your sleeves and hit your ribs
1. The enemy grabs my right hand with both hands from the front, presses his thumb against the back of his hand, and presses the palm of his hand with the remaining four fingers, trying to fold my right wrist (Fig. 23-1);
2. We immediately clench our right hand into a fist, and at the same time hold our right fist with our own left hand; Then we flexed our elbows and raised our arms vigorously to free ourselves from the enemy’s grip on my right hand (Fig. 23-2);

24. Double boxing face
1. The enemy grabbed my left and right wrists with both hands from the front, intending to misbehave (Figure 24-1);
2. In the face of this situation, we do not need to panic; We immediately clenched our hands into fists, bent our elbows inward with both arms, and raised our fists in front of our chins, thus freeing ourselves from the enemy’s control on the one hand, and protecting our throat, head and other vital parts on the other hand (Figure 24-2);
3. Without stopping, our side immediately hit the weak part of the triangle of the enemy’s front with both fists, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 24-3).
If the enemy has defended our double fists attacking its upper plate, we can use our legs to attack the lower vulva, knee or shin of the enemy’s lower disc; Or simultaneously punch the face with both punches, kick the with the legs, or kick the knees or shins.
25. Pedal after supporting the ground
1. Our side attacked the enemy’s abdomen with the right right leg and was caught by the enemy with both hands (Fig. 25-1);

26. Pulling arms and legs

30. Lock leg pushing
1. The enemy attacks our chest with a straight right fist, and we immediately slide backwards to dodge (Figure 30-1);
2. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately grabs the enemy’s right wrist, and at the same time holds the enemy’s right elbow with the left hand; Subsequently, our hands pulled the enemy’s right arm to the right and backwards, forcing the enemy to lean forward (Figure 30-2);
3. When taking advantage of the enemy’s direction to break free, our side follows the trend of moving forward and up the left foot to the enemy’s right heel, so that our left leg locks the enemy’s right leg; Immediately, our side quickly pushed the enemy’s chest forward and left with our right palm; The enemy fell backwards under the attack of our upper and lower stumble (Figure 30-3).
XXXI. Breaking the wrist and tripping
1. The enemy attacks our chest and abdomen with a right lunge and a right straight fist, and our side immediately retreats to the right step, turns to the right and dodges 90 degrees to dodge, while grabbing the enemy’s left wrist with the left hand downward (Figure 31-1);
2. XXXII. Pinch the wrists and take off the beating
1. The enemy grabs our right wrist with both hands from the front (Fig. 32-1);

XXXIII. The Inverted Golden Man
1. The enemy grabs our wrists with both hands from the front (Figure 33-1);
2. Our side immediately flips the left and right hands from bottom to top, grabs the enemy’s wrists back, and then crosses the enemy’s two forearms (Figure 33-2);
3. Without stopping, our side immediately pushes the enemy’s left arm under the enemy’s right armpit, then puts up and down the right foot and snaps the step, then quickly turns 180 degrees to the left and back, bends the legs into a horse step, and at the same time clasps the enemy’s right wrist with both hands to straighten the enemy’s right arm and carry it on our right shoulder (Figure 33-3);
4. Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately bends forward and leans forward, while pushing the hips up the enemy’s hip, pulling the enemy’s right arm forward and down with both hands, and throwing the enemy forward and down from our shoulders and backs (Figure 33-4).
34. Grasp the wrist and press the elbow

XXXV. Rabbit rolls eagle flip
