30 Shaolin grappling and kicking serial fighting moves

Compiled a set of Shaolin kicking serial secret tricks to share with everyone.

First, fold the thumb before + kick the yin with the right leg

1. I use my right hand to pretend to shake hands with the enemy (Figure 1-1).

2. Taking advantage of the enemy’s unpreparedness, our side quickly grabbed the enemy’s right thumb with our right hand and pushed it forward and down to control the enemy (Figure 1-2).

3. Taking advantage of the enemy’s right thumb being folded and the pain is incomparable, our side kicks the enemy’s lower vulva with our right leg (Figure 1-3).

Second, the front folding thumb + left leg kick

1. The enemy and our right hand are held together (Figure 2-1).

2. Grab the enemy’s thumb with our right hand upwards (Figure 2-2).

3. Immediately following the upward movement, our right hand quickly pushes the enemy’s right thumb forward and down (Figure 2-3).

4. While the enemy’s right thumb is bent forward and bowed, our side immediately strikes the enemy’s front with a left foot kick (Figure 2-4).

Third, move the wrist and pin the arm + kick the yin with the right leg

1. The enemy struck our face with his right palm; With our left hand up, we immediately grab the enemy’s right wrist upwards and push it forward (Figure 3-1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, our body turns to the left, the right hand extends forward from the enemy’s right arm, moves the enemy’s right wrist and moves down, pinning his arm and controlling his body (Figure 3-2).

3. The upward movement does not stop, and our side quickly kicks the enemy’s lower vulva with our right leg (Figure 3-3).

4. Forward flex four fingers + kick the chest with the right leg

1. The enemy hits me in the face with a right lunge and a right palm (Figure 4-1).

2. Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right palm with both hands (Figure 4-2).

3. Keep moving up, put both thumbs against the enemy’s right palm and four fingers and roll the enemy’s right palm wrist forward and down (Figure 4-3).

4. While the enemy’s four fingers were curled and the upper body leaned forward, our side quickly kicked the enemy in the chest with our right foot (Figure 4-4).

5. Twist and fold wrist + bounce leg kick

1. Our right hand grasps the enemy’s right hand (Figure 5-1).

2. The enemy’s right arm is withdrawn, trying to free (Figure 5-2).

3. Our left hand immediately grasps the enemy’s right wrist and pulls it up to the left, while our right hand twists the enemy’s right palm to the right and twists the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 5-3).

4. The enemy’s right wrist is twisted by our side and forced to lean left and down (Figure 5-4).

5. Without stopping, our side immediately kicks the enemy’s side with a right-foot bullet (Figure 5-5).

6. External rotation folding wrist + side kick head

1. The enemy pushes our chest with his right palm; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and twisted it outward (Figure 6-1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, our hands tightly grasp the enemy’s right hand and do not let go, then turn to the right, push forward and down, and break the enemy’s right wrist, so that the enemy is forced to lean left and down (Figure 6-2).

3. While the enemy is bowing his head and bending down, our side immediately kicks the enemy’s head with our left foot (Figure 6-3).

7. Gold wire wrist wrapping + kicking leg kick

1. The enemy steps up to the left and grabs our right wrist with his left hand (Figure 7-1).

2. We immediately clasp the back of the enemy’s left hand with our left hand, while the right hand is upward from the inside of the enemy’s left wrist (Figure 7-2).

3. Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand is wrapped to the lower right side and cuts the enemy’s left wrist, so that the enemy’s left wrist is folded and forced to kneel (Figure 7-3).

4. Immediately afterwards, our side quickly kicked the enemy in the chest with his left foot (Figure 7-4).

8. Bend the elbow and press the wrist + swing and kick the back

1. The enemy steps up to the left, and grabs my right wrist with the left hand facing up (Figure 8-1).

2. Our right hand immediately flips to the right and down, while clasping the back of the enemy’s left hand with the left hand (Figure 8-2).

3. Without stopping, our side immediately presses down on the enemy’s left wrist with our right elbow forward and to the left, forcing the enemy to kneel (Figure 8-3).

4. Immediately afterwards, while the enemy was kneeling and bowing his head, our side immediately kicked the enemy’s back with his right leg (8-4).

9. Palm hook + kick the abdomen

1. Grab the enemy’s right palm with your right hand and lift it up (Figure 9-1).

2. The enemy hurriedly withdrew his right hand; We took advantage of this opportunity to grasp the enemy’s right palm with both hands and rotate the enemy’s right palm to the right and forward (Figure 9-2).

3. At the same time, our right hand hooks the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back (Figure 9-3).

4. Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy in the abdomen with our right leg (Figure 9-4).

10. Rub your back + step on your knees

1. From the front of our side, the enemy chokes my throat with a right-hand palm lock (Figure 10-1).

2. Our side immediately grabs the enemy’s right wrist and quickly twists it to the left and down, so that the enemy’s upper body falls to the right and backward; We took this opportunity to slam down on the enemy’s right knee socket with our right foot (Figure 10-2).

11. Smash the wrist + bounce the leg and kick the throat

The enemy grabbed my left shoulder with his right hand from the side (Figure 11-1). Our side immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, and at the same time raised our left elbow to charge and prepare for attack (Figure 11-2). Our left elbow then slammed down on the enemy’s right wrist, injuring him (Figure 11-3). Immediately afterwards, we kick the enemy in the throat or chin or face with our right leg (11-4).

12. Buckle wrists + whip legs and kick chest

The enemy grabbed my right shoulder with his right hand from the front (Figure 12-1). We immediately grab the back of the enemy’s right hand with our left hand, and at the same time use our right forearm to force the enemy’s right wrist from the outside of the enemy’s right arm to the right, forcing his upper body to lean to our right side (12-2). We then took advantage of the situation and hit the enemy in the chest with a right whip kick (Fig. 12-3).

13. Grab the palm and roll the wrist + bounce the leg and kick the ribs

The enemy struck me in the chest with his left palm; Our side immediately grasped the enemy’s left palm with both hands, pressed the thumbs of both hands against the palm of the enemy’s left palm, and grasped the back of the enemy’s left palm with the remaining four fingers of both hands (Figure 13-1). Immediately, while pulling the enemy’s left arm back, we forcefully folded the enemy’s left wrist with both hands, forcing him to lean forward (Figure 13-2). Taking advantage of the momentum, we kicked the enemy’s left rib with a strong right leg (Figure 13-3).

14. Cut wrists + step on knees

The enemy grabbed my right shoulder with his left hand from the front; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s left palm with our left hand (Fig. 14-1). I then twisted to the left and at the same time slashed the enemy’s left wrist to the left with the outer edge of my right palm, injuring him (Figure 14-2). Immediately afterwards, we stomped the outside of the enemy’s left knee with our left foot (Figure 14-3).

Fifteen, lock palm folding wrist + bounce leg kick face

The enemy grabbed my right wrist with his left hand (Figure 15-1). Our right hand grabs our left forearm with our right hand downwards, our left hand grabs our right arm from the enemy’s left wrist to the right, and the two forearms lock the enemy’s left palm and roll the enemy’s left wrist forward (Figure 15-2). We continue to pull the enemy’s right arm to the lower left, causing the enemy’s left wrist to form a counter-joint, forcing the enemy to bend over and bow (Figure 15-3). We take advantage of the situation and kick the enemy in the face with our right leg (15-4)

16. Buckle elbow + kick leg kick

The enemy grabbed my chest with his left hand (Figure 16-1). Our side immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s left palm with his left hand; Immediately while turning the body to the left, twist the enemy’s left wrist up, left and down with the left hand, forcing the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s left elbow joint towards our right side; Immediately afterwards, we slammed our right forearm to the left and wound the enemy’s left elbow (Figure 16-2). We then immediately took advantage of the situation and kicked the enemy’s back with our right leg (Figure 16-3).

17. Twist the arm + kick the leg and kick the jaw

The enemy slaps us in the chest with a left-hand palm. We immediately grab the enemy’s left palm with our right hand and support the enemy’s elbow with our left hand (Figure 17-1). Then our right hand twists the enemy’s left wrist outward and downward, and at the same time pulls upward, forcing the enemy’s left arm to twist outward into a reverse joint without moving (Figure 17-2). Taking advantage of this opportunity, our side immediately hit the enemy in the jaw with a left kick leg (Figure 17-3).

18. Grab the wrist and don’t elbow + kick the back with the leg closed

The enemy steps up to the right and hits us in the abdomen with his right fist; We immediately grasped the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand (Figure 18-1). We then pull the enemy’s right arm back so that it is straightened, while our right arm goes upward from under the enemy’s right forearm, and force the enemy’s right elbow joint to the right (Figure 18-2). We grabbed the enemy’s right wrist and pinned the enemy’s right elbow joint, so that the enemy’s right arm could not move and was controlled by us (Figure 18-3). We then took advantage of the situation to kick the enemy in the back with our left leg (Figure 18-4).

19. Grab the wrist and elbow + bounce the leg and kick the abdomen

The enemy punches us in the head with his right fist; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand downwards (Figure 19-1). We continue to press down on the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand and pull back to straighten the enemy’s right arm, while using our right hand to support the elbow bone on the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint, so that the enemy’s right elbow joint becomes a reverse joint and we control his right arm (Figure 19-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked forward with our right leg and hit the enemy in the abdomen (Fig. 19-3).

20. Twist wrist elbow + bounce leg kick jaw

The enemy stepped up to the right and struck me in the abdomen with a right-hand palm (Figure 20-1). Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and twisted it to the right, down, and left so that the elbow bone on the outside of the right elbow joint was facing down, and at the same time we pulled the enemy’s right arm firmly towards our right waist, so that the enemy’s right arm was straightened; Immediately, our side quickly carried the enemy’s right elbow joint upwards with our left arm and forcefully lifted upwards, so that the entire right arm of the enemy was controlled by us (Figure 20-2). Immediately afterwards, we took advantage of the situation and flicked the enemy’s lower jaw upwards with our right leg and leg (Figure 20-3).

21. Pull arms to press shoulders + bounce legs and kick faces

The enemy punched me in the chest with a straight right punch; We step up to the right and grab the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand (Figure 21-1). Immediately, we pulled the enemy’s right arm to the right waist, so that the enemy’s right arm was straightened and the upper body leaned forward; At the same time, we quickly stepped up to the left, turned right, and pressed the enemy’s right back shoulder with the left palm, forcing the enemy to bend over and bow his head (Figure 21-2). Taking advantage of this opportunity, our side immediately kicked the enemy’s front with its right leg, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Fig. 21-3).

22. Don’t arm lock shoulder + knee hit the yin

The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the chest and abdomen with a right stroke; We step up to the left and use our left hand to grab the enemy’s right wrist from the inside of the enemy’s right arm outward (Figure 22-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand twists and pulls the enemy’s right arm outward, downward, and upwards in a counterclockwise direction, so that the enemy’s right arm is straight and the right elbow is facing down; Immediately, we used our right arm to lift the enemy’s right upper arm upwards in a sidebasket style, and at the same time pressed down on the enemy’s left wrist with the left hand, breaking the enemy’s right elbow joint with the force of the lever (Figure 22-2). Then our side immediately puts up our left foot to the enemy’s back, turns our body to the right, and then twists the enemy’s right arm to the enemy’s back with our left hand, while our right forearm passes under the enemy’s right arm and presses down and locks the enemy’s right shoulder; Immediately, our left hand pushes forward the enemy’s right wrist, and at the same time raises the right arm to pin the enemy’s right shoulder, so that the enemy leans forward and captures (Figure 22-3). We took advantage of this to slam our right knee from behind the enemy into the enemy’s vulva (Figure 22-4).

23. Twist your arms and press your shoulders + kick your feet in your knees

The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our abdomen with a left punch; We step up to the left and grab the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand facing down (Figure 23-1). We then twist the enemy’s left arm outward and downwards so that the enemy’s left elbow is facing up (Figure 23-2). Immediately afterwards, our right foot stepped up to the outside of the enemy’s left leg, turned left, and then pulled the enemy’s left arm to the left waist, so that the enemy’s left arm was straightened, and at the same time pressed the enemy’s left shoulder forward and down with the right hand, forcing the enemy to bend forward and capture (Figure 23-3). We then kick the enemy’s left knee socket with our right foot forward and down, causing him to fall to his knees (Fig. 23-4).

24. Carry your arms and elbows + hook and kick the surface

The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the face with a right punch; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand from the inside of the enemy’s right arm (Figure 24-1). We then forcefully pull the enemy’s right arm back to straighten it, while twisting the enemy’s right arm clockwise downwards and outwards so that the enemy’s right elbow is facing upwards (Figure 24-2). Immediately afterwards, our side stepped up to the back of the enemy’s right leg, carried the enemy’s right wrist with our left shoulder, and pressed the enemy’s right elbow bone with both arms into our arms and downward, so that the enemy’s right elbow became a reverse joint and our right arm was controlled by us (Figure 24-3). Subsequently, we kicked the enemy in the face with our right foot, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 24-4).

25. Wrap the neck + raise the knee and hit the abdomen

The enemy steps up to the right and pushes our chest with his right palm; With our left foot in front and our left hand facing upwards, we grab the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 25-1). We then twist the enemy’s right wrist inward, downward, and pull back, while immediately stepping up to the right and entering, extending our right arm from the enemy’s right shoulder to the upper right of the enemy’s neck (Figure 25-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly bent our right arm around the neck and locked the enemy’s neck (Figure 25-3). Subsequently, our side slammed the enemy’s abdominal crotch with our right knee continuously, severely damaging the enemy (25-4).

26. Lock the throat behind the back + kick the knee socket

From behind, I locked the enemy’s neck with my right arm and pressed the enemy’s Adam’s apple backward with the ulna of my right forearm (Figure 26-1). Our left hand is then pressed upwards and rightwards on the back of the enemy’s head (Figure 26-2). Immediately afterwards, our right hand grabbed our right wrist and increased the pressure to lock the throat (Figure 26-3). We then kicked the enemy’s left knee with our right foot, bringing him to his knees and controlling him (Figure 26-4).

27. Raise the back arm + kick the knee socket

Our side quietly approached the enemy from behind (Figure 27-1). Our side grasps the enemy’s left and right wrists with both hands and twists them inward and upwards so that the outside of the enemy’s elbows are inward, and at the same time raises the enemy’s arms up, so that the wrists, elbows, and shoulders of the enemy’s arms are all operated in reverse joints and cannot move (Figure 27-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy’s right knee socket forward with our right foot, causing the enemy to kneel and be captured (Figure 27-3).

28. Buckle the elbow + kick the knee side

From behind us, the enemy stepped up to the right and grabbed my left shoulder with his right hand (Figure 30-1). We immediately turned to the left and at the same time clasped the enemy’s right palm (30-2) with our right hand. We then used our left arm to force the enemy’s right elbow joint from the outside of the enemy’s right arm inward and downward, thereby controlling the enemy’s right arm and forcing the enemy to bend forward (Figure 30-3). Immediately afterwards, our right knee slammed into the enemy’s front with continuous force, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 30-4).
