30 lying down fighting techniques

In self-defense combat, whether passively or actively, if you skillfully use the ground-lying fighting technique, you can not only get out of the crisis but also create a good opportunity to attack the enemy.

Ground lying fighting techniques generally include kicking, kicking, hanging, shearing, kicking, hooking, smashing, entanglement, sweeping, tripping, hanging, pushing, pulling and other methods, which can cooperate with each other to form a combination of attack moves for defense or attack, and defeat the enemy.

I have compiled a set of lying fighting techniques to share with everyone.

First, lie on the side and kick the abdominal ribs

Our side is defeated by the enemy; The enemy stepped up and came close to us; We immediately lie down on the right side, and at the same time, with the help of the enemy’s pounce, kick the enemy forward and upward with the left leg and kick the enemy in the abdomen or ribs (Figure 1).

Second, the side barb kicks the knee socket

When the enemy and friend fight each other, we voluntarily fall to the ground and immediately lie down to the right, hooking the enemy’s right heel with our right foot, and kicking the enemy’s right leg and knee socket with our left foot to kick the enemy to the ground (Figure 2).

Third, the side point kick hits the crotch

The enemy pounced on us, and immediately took the initiative to fall to the left side, and quickly kicked the enemy’s crotch with the tip of his right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 3)

Fourth, lie on the side and sweep the ankles

When the enemy or friend fights, we take the initiative to fall to the ground and immediately lie down to the right, and when the enemy pounces, we quickly kick the enemy’s right ankle with our left leg and kick the enemy to the ground (Figure 4)

5. Kick the knee with a side barb

When the enemy pounces, we immediately hook the enemy’s front heel with our right foot, and quickly kick the knee of the enemy’s front foot with our left foot, seriously injuring his knee (Figure 5)

6. Lie on your side and kick your crotch

When the enemy and we fight, we take the initiative to fall to the ground and immediately nest to the left, and when the enemy is close, we quickly hook the enemy’s front heel with our left foot, and at the same time kick the enemy’s crotch and abdomen with our right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6).

7. Lie on your side and twist your legs

When the enemy is close, we immediately cross our legs and stretch them forward, and use our left legs to sweep the enemy’s legs and ankles to the left front, while sweeping the knee joints of the enemy’s legs with our right legs to the right rear, and shearing the enemy to the ground with the force of the scissors of both legs (Figure 7).

8. Sideways hook and kick the knee socket

The enemy walks in front; Approaching from behind the enemy, our side suddenly took the initiative to lie down to the right side, and immediately hooked the ankle of the enemy’s hind leg with his right foot, while quickly kicking the enemy’s hind leg and knee socket with his left foot to kick the enemy to the ground (Figure 8)

9. Sweep the knee and kick the crotch

When enemies and friends fight each other, our side deliberately makes escape actions to induce the enemy to pursue; When the enemy approached, we immediately took the initiative to lie down to the right and swept the knees of the enemy’s legs backwards with our left legs (Figure 9-1). Immediately afterwards, we quickly supported the ground with both hands, turned our body to the left rear, closed our left leg into a kneeling leg, and kicked the enemy’s crotch and abdomen with the tip of our right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 9-2).

10. Lie on your side and push your knees with your ankles

We were forced to fall to the ground, and the enemy stepped forward to step on our head with his right foot; We immediately lie to the left to avoid the enemy’s right foot trampling, and then wrap our left hand around the left ankle of the enemy’s supporting leg (Figure 10-1). Immediately afterwards, while firmly hugging the enemy’s left ankle, we quickly pushed the knee joint of the right leg forward with our right hand, forcing the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 10-2).

11. Lie on your back and kick your knees

We lie on our backs half-back, with our hands behind the ground; When the enemy enters the attack range of our legs, we immediately hook the enemy’s right heel with our left foot from the inside of the enemy’s right foot, and then quickly kick the enemy’s right knee with our right leg, kicking the enemy to the ground (Figure 11).

12. Lie on the back and shear the twisted legs and kick the knees

We lie on our backs half-back, with our hands behind the ground and our legs apart; When the enemy enters the attack range of our legs, our left leg is lower and our right leg is up, reaching out to the enemy’s right leg; Immediately, we push and brace with our right hand, turn to the left, and use our legs to shear and twist, hooking the enemy’s right ankle with our left leg to the right, and at the same time kicking the enemy’s right knee with our right foot, causing the enemy’s knee injury and falling to the ground (Fig. 12).

13. Lie on the ground with back buns and sweep the tripping legs

We lie on our backs half-back, with our hands behind the ground; When the enemy enters the attack range of our legs, our legs quickly extend forward to the front and back of the enemy’s legs; Then use your left leg to sweep the enemy’s two calves from bottom to left, and use your right leg to sweep the enemy’s knee sockets from top to right, while turning your body to the right and shearing the enemy with the force of the legs (Fig. 13).

14. Lie on the back and split the legs and crotch

We lie on our backs half-back, with our hands behind the ground; When the enemy enters the attack range of our legs, we quickly use our legs to support the enemy’s legs outward from between the enemy’s legs; Immediately afterwards, he used his left leg to violently bounce upwards and kick the enemy in the crotch, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 14).

Fifteen, back brace lying on the ground to block the leg ribs

We lie on our backs half-back, with our hands behind the ground; The enemy attacks us from the right side, and when he kicks us with his right leg, he immediately bends his left knee and intercepts the enemy’s right ankle with his left calf (Figure 15-1). When the enemy’s right leg attack missed, the right foot landed on the ground and the crotch was exposed, we quickly kicked the enemy’s right rib with the left leg upwards, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 15-2).

16. Take the initiative to fall backwards, grab both wrists, and kick the abdomen with both legs

The enemy and we are engaged in close combat, and the enemy’s hands grasp our shoulders from the front; We quickly grabbed the enemy’s wrists with both hands, then voluntarily fell backwards to the ground, and while kicking the enemy in the abdomen, we threw the enemy behind us (Figure 16).

17. Take the initiative to kick the abdomen with a recoiled leg

The two sides of the enemy confront each other; When the enemy stepped up to the left and hit us in the chest with a straight left fist, we quickly took the initiative to throw ourselves back and fall to the ground, and at the same time hit the enemy in the abdomen with a strong kick with our left leg (Figure 17).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-9
18. Lie on your back and kick your chest

We lie on our backs with the enemy, and when the enemy comes close to us from our head, we quickly kick the enemy backwards in the chest with our right leg, wounding the enemy (Figure 18).

19. Take the initiative to fall on your back and one leg on your abdomen

The enemy grabbed our shoulders with both hands from the front of us; We immediately grabbed both of the enemy’s wrists with both hands, and then quickly leaned back to the ground, while at the same time slamming the enemy’s abdomen with our right foot to make it hang in the air (Figure 19-1). Moving upward, our right foot continues to press upwards on the enemy’s abdomen, and our hands continue to pull the enemy backward with force, throwing the enemy behind us (Figure 19-2).

20. Lie on your back and kick your crotch

When the enemy raised his left leg to step on our chest and his crotch was exposed, we quickly kicked the enemy’s crotch with his right leg and hit him hard (Figure 20).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-11
21. Supine leg kicking

When the enemy stepped forward and raised his left foot to step on our crotch, we immediately kicked the enemy’s right thigh muscle group with our right leg upwards to defeat the enemy (Figure 21).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-12
22. Supine hanging leg kicking neck

Our side quickly lay on our backs after being knocked down by the enemy; When the enemy approaches us from our left side and wants to step on our chest with our right leg, we immediately hook the enemy’s right calf to the left with our left hook and hook the enemy’s right foot away from our chest and rib (Figure 22-1). Without stopping, we quickly sat up, and at the same time used our right hook hand to forcefully hook the knee socket of the enemy’s left leg as a support leg, causing the enemy to fall to the ground due to the imbalance of the center of gravity (Figure 22-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly kicked the enemy in the neck or head with a strong left bounce with our leg to defeat the enemy (Figure 22-3).

23. Roll over and hug your legs and knees

Our side quickly lay on our backs after being knocked down by the enemy; When the enemy approaches us from our right side and raises his right foot to step on our chest, we immediately roll to the right and lie on our side to avoid the enemy’s right foot, and hold the enemy’s left calf with both hands while leaning our body against the enemy’s left leg (Fig. 23-1). Immediately afterwards, we put our left arm around the enemy’s left calf and clamped it into our left armpit (Figure 23-2). At the same time, I continued to roll to the right, pressing the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s left leg with my left rib to the right, forcing the enemy’s center of gravity to fall to the left out of balance (Figure 23-3).

24. Lie on your back and twist your ankles

Our side quickly lay on our backs after being knocked down by the enemy; When the enemy stepped forward and raised his right foot to step on the chest and abdomen of our defense, our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right heel with our right hand, grabbed the enemy’s right foot with our left hand, and quickly twisted the enemy’s right ankle with force, so as to twist the enemy’s entire right leg and twist it so that the enemy’s center of gravity was unbalanced and fell (Figure 24).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-15
25. Lie on your back and push your knees

Our side quickly lay on our backs after being knocked down by the enemy; The enemy controls our right arm with both hands, and at the same time raises his right foot to step on our ribbed and abdominal position; We immediately hooked the enemy’s right calf with our left hand and hooked it away from our ribs and abdomen to defuse their attack (Figure 25-1). Immediately afterwards, we quickly rolled over to the left and fell to the ground, while holding the enemy’s left calf with our left arm, and pushed the enemy’s left knee joint forward and down with our right palm, forcing the enemy’s left knee joint to exceed its limit of movement and fall out of balance (Figure 25-2).

26. Lie on your back and hold your arms and press your wrists

After our side is defeated by the enemy, the enemy rides on us and locks our throat with both hands; We immediately clenched our hands into fists and smashed the elbows of the enemy’s arms to reduce the force of the enemy’s hands and relieve the pressure of the throat being pinched (Figure 26-1). We then wrapped our arms around the enemy’s arms and pressed their wrists, while rolling hard to the right to force the enemy to release their hands (Figure 26-2).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-17
27. Lie on your back and push your elbows

After our side is defeated by the enemy, the enemy rides on us and locks our throat with both hands; We immediately grasp the enemy’s right wrist from under the enemy’s left arm to the left with our right hand, while grasping the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint with the palm of the left hand to the right (Figure 27-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand forcefully pushes the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint to the right, and at the same time pushes the enemy’s right wrist to the left with the right hand, forcing the enemy’s right elbow joint to run in reverse beyond its limit and forced to let go, and then our body rolls to the right to throw the enemy off our body, thereby freeing the enemy’s control (Figure 27-2).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-18
28. Lie on your back and pull your wrists and elbows

After our side is defeated by the enemy, the enemy rides on us and locks our throat with both hands; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand and put our right hand on the elbow bone on the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint (Figure 28-1). Immediately, our right hand forcefully picks the elbow bone on the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint to the right, pulls the enemy’s right wrist to the left with the left hand, forces the enemy’s right elbow joint to run in the opposite direction beyond its limit and is forced to let go, and then our body rolls to the right to lift the enemy off our body, thereby freeing the enemy’s control (Figure 28-2).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-19
29. Lie on your back and push your ribs

After our side is defeated by the enemy, the enemy rides on us and locks our throat with both hands; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand (Figure 29-1). Immediately afterwards, we push the enemy’s right rib with our left hand to the right, and at the same time pull the enemy’s right wrist to the right with our right hand, and then our body rolls to the right, forcing the enemy to fall to the ground and let go, freeing us from the enemy’s control (Figure 29-2).

30 lying down fighting techniques-illustration-20
30. Lie on your back with your legs between your neck and elbows

After our side is defeated by the enemy, the enemy rides on us and locks our throat with both hands; We immediately grasped both wrists on the same side of the enemy with both hands and clamped the enemy’s neck from both sides of the enemy’s neck with the calves of both legs (Figure 30-1). Then, our hands forcefully pull the wrists of the enemy’s hands outward, and at the same time clamp the elbow bones on the outside of the enemy’s elbows with both knees together, forcing the enemy’s two elbows to run in reverse beyond their limits and forcing us to let go, and then our body rolls to the right and lifts the enemy off our body, thereby freeing the enemy’s control (Figure 30-2).
