1. Lunge stick

Action essentials: the left foot retreats to the left rear, the right foot retreats to the right rear, and becomes a right lunge; The left hand changes into a fist and rushes forward, while the right hand holds the stick to the upper right side and looks straight ahead (Figure 2).

Easy mistake: Raise both arms at the same time.

Correction method: Spread the five fingers of the left hand and hold it flat on the chest and press down, at the same time, hold the stick with the right hand to the upper right side.

2. Crossing Mountains and Leaping Mountains

Action tips: Step forward with your right foot, with the center of gravity between your legs. Release the stick with your right hand and hit it from bottom to top, then move it back to the right. Take the stick up from the tiger’s mouth in your left hand and keep moving up. Release the stick with your right hand and hit it from the right back direction, then hit it up and back, and take the stick up from the tiger’s mouth in your right hand; Strike the stick from the left back direction downwards, upwards, and backwards. Easy to make mistakes: an instrument mop can easily hit the back.

Correction method: After loosening the stick, wait for the left and right hands to catch the stick before making the next move. The stick should be hit sideways from top to back.

3. Oblique Splitting Stick

Action tips: Take a step forward with the left foot, parallel to the right foot, with the center of gravity in front of both legs. Lift the left palm to the upper left, and use the right hand to strike from the back to the right, up, and bottom left. Look ahead (Figure 4).

Mistake prone: Incoordination of upper and lower limb movements.

Correction method: Complete the upper and lower limb movements simultaneously.

4. Dancing Flowers Over Mountains and Leaping Mountains

Action tips: Hold the stick with your right hand from the front of your abdomen to the right, and then wrap the stick around your right hand in half a circle. After receiving another section of the stick, make a half circle from the front of the abdomen to the left. After receiving another section of the stick, with the tiger’s mouth facing inward, the left hand receives the stick and strikes from bottom to front, up, and back. The right hand receives the stick and moves up continuously. The left hand releases the stick and hits from back to bottom, up, and right back. After hitting, the stick swings one and a half circles outside the right arm and is clamped under the right armpit. Take one step forward with your left foot, stand tall for four or six steps, push your right hand forward, and look ahead (Figure 5).

Easy to make mistakes: The running route of the stick is not accurate and easy to drag.

 

Correction method: Wrap the stick in half a circle on your hand to form a circle, and then connect to another section of the stick. The grip should be tight.

5. Left and right swing

 

Action tips: Strike the stick from bottom forward, up, and back, swing the stick horizontally from the right front direction to the left front, and then swing the stick horizontally from the left front direction to the right front; Subsequently, the stick is struck from the right up and back, then swung downwards and clamped under the right armpit; At the same time, the left palm is supported externally in front, the lower limbs are not moving, and the front view is visible (Figure 6).

6. Right and left swing

Action tips: Strike the stick from bottom to front, up, and back, with the left hand passing through the abdomen and right armpit to receive the stick. 7. Dancing flower swing

Swing the stick horizontally from the front right direction, with your left hand receiving the stick and the tiger’s mouth upward. Strike the stick upwards and backwards from the left, then swing it downwards and clamp it under your right armpit. At the same time, support the right palm outward to the front right, Keep your lower limbs still and look ahead (Figure 8).

Action tips: Take the stick with your right hand, with the tiger’s mouth facing outward. Wrap the stick around your right hand for half a circle, then take another stick and dance the flower one circle towards the outer side of your right arm. 11. Dancing Flower Crotch Lower Staff

Action tips: Keep moving up and down, release the stick with your left hand, and hit it from back to bottom, up, and right. Then swing the stick in a circle and a half below your crotch on the outer side of your right arm. Connect your left hand to another stick after passing through your body, while squatting down into a high horse stance and looking forward (Figure 12).

Easy to make mistakes: Loose grip is easy to mop.

Correction method: Pay attention to the timing of receiving the stick, and do the action after receiving it steadily.

12. Dancing Flower Leg Beating Staff

Action tips: Keep moving up, step up with your right foot to the left, turn 180 degrees to the left, and at the same time, release the stick with your right hand, strike from the front to the back of the body; Lift the right leg to the left, turn 360 ° to the left, and strike the stick towards the inner thigh; Keep moving up and down, landing with your left foot and turning 180 degrees to the right, dancing inward for a circle of flowers; Take one step back with your left foot, turn your body 180 degrees to the left, and dance outward for a while, clip it under your right armpit. Easy to make mistakes: Inconsistent movements of the upper and lower limbs.

Correction method: When dancing flowers, rotate 180 ° inward and dance flowers for one cycle.

13. White Snake Spits Its Core

Action tips: Jump and change steps, turn the body 180 degrees to the left, keep the left palm still, strike the stick from the right armpit downwards and forward, and fold it under the right armpit, looking forward (Figure 14).

Easy to make mistakes: Inconsistent movements of the upper and lower limbs.

Correction method: Jump, change steps, rotate, and hit the stick at the same time.

14. Turn around and swing your legs

Action tips: With the right foot as the axis, turn the body 180 degrees to the left, shift the center of gravity to the right leg, and swing the left leg forward fiercely in front of the right foot, forming four or six steps. The stick is swung horizontally over the head from the armpit, sandwiched in the right armpit, with the right foot walking, the left palm supporting outward, and looking forward (Figure 15).

Mistake prone: unstable center of gravity.

Correction method: Use the right foot as the axis and maintain balance as the body rotates.

15. Bow Stance Stick

Action tips: Take a step back with your left and right feet, take a high lunge and turn 45 degrees to the right. At the same time, strike forward with your left fist, and place your right hand in front of you, looking forward (Figure 16).
