Don’t elbow your arms
(1) The attacker steps forward with his left foot and grasps the defender’s right wrist with his left hand (Figure 1).
(2) Step up with your right foot to the outside of the defender’s right foot. At the same time, the right hand quickly passes under the defender’s right elbow and the left arm is lifted with the elbow bent (Figure 2).
(3) The attacker’s right arm is quickly elbowed, and the defender’s right arm is forcefully hugged, and the defender’s right arm is pushed outward with the left hand (Figure 3).
Elbow pressure arm
(1) The attacker steps forward with his right foot and grasps the defender’s left wrist with his left hand (Figure 4).
(2) Turn the upper body to the left and forcefully pull the defender’s left arm to the chest with your left hand. At the same time, the right hand quickly passes forward through the defender’s left arm, grabs the defender’s right chest with the backhand, and forcefully mounts the defender’s elbow joint with the right arm. Immediately, the left hand presses down firmly on the defender’s forearm (Figure 5).
Fold your wrist and cut your neck
(1) The attacker takes a step forward with his left foot and grasps the defender’s left hand with his left hand, palms facing each other (Figure 6).
(2) Take a step forward with your right foot and turn your body to the left. At the same time, the left hand forcefully pulls the defender’s left hip to the left chest, and suddenly folds the wrist downward; The right hand quickly slashes hard through the defender’s left arm up to the neck (Figure 7).
