1. Iron sand palm work

Place the sandbag on the stage, stand in a horse, and split the sandbag with the outer edges of the left and right palms; pat the sandbag with the left and right palms; Shake the sandbag with the back of your left and right palms. Each time you hit the palms, you will be red, warm, and unbearable (Figure 1-1).

2. Iron sand boxing skills

Place the sandbag on the stage, stand in a horse step, and smash the sandbag with the back, heart, and punch of the left and right fists until the two punches become red, hot, and painful (Fig. 1-2).
