Chinese wrestling equipment practice
1. Cut the other seeds
Using a wooden post or tree, grasp the trunk with your right hand and jerk your right leg up (Figure 1). The right leg is pinned to the tree, the right arm and chest are slammed into the tree, and the body is pushed forward at the same time (Figure 2).
This movement is a wrestling cut.
2. Push bricks
Grasp the brick with both hands, lunge with your right leg, and flick it from bottom to top, continuously, with one hand up and the other down (Figure 3).
Grab the brick with both hands, ride in a squat position, push it forward from your chest, and then jerk back, and so on (Figure 4).
This movement is a practice of hand strength and small back strength.
3. Practice Hu Ling
Step with the left leg forked, grab the bell with the right hand (Picture 5), jerk it towards the chest, follow the right leg up, grasp the bell with the left hand, and lift both hands up at the same time (Picture 6).
This movement exercises leg hugging and lower strength.
