3 actual battles in self-defense with leg sweeps

I will introduce the practical application of “Leg Kicking” and “Leg Sweeping” in self-defense techniques.

First, the right leg continuously attacks the crotch and abdomen

KEY POINTS:

I must firmly grasp the hands of the gangster with both hands, and use its forward force towards me to pull towards us, so that the force of our leg kicking and the forward impulse of the gangster moving towards us just form two opposite forces, so that the lethal effect of our leg pedaling can be maximized.

Second, the right leg hit the crotch and abdomen + the left leg hit the ribs + the right leg sweep hit the chest and abdomen
