24 Wudang serial legs

No matter what school of fighting martial arts, legs are blockbuster weapons.

The leg is in the lower disc of the human body, if you kick the enemy’s middle and lower disc with the leg, it is often not easy to be detected by the enemy, and the enemy is generally difficult to defend. Especially with the cooperation of the upper plate technique, attacking the enemy’s key point of the lower plate with the leg is often very high and it is easy to work.

Sorted out a set of Wudang serial legs and shared it with everyone.

Most of the leg methods of this set of Wudang serial legs are low-leg methods, specializing in kicking the enemy’s middle and lower plates, so its legs are highly concealed, the lethality and destruction are large, and the attack line is unpredictable, which is extremely practical. It is a classic leg method of heavy fighting with fierce and concealed moves and quick attacks.

1. Supporting elbows and stomping feet + kicking legs and kicking knees

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 1-1). The enemy slid forward and approached and attacked our head with his right straight fist; We immediately dodge by leaning back slightly, while using our right palm to block the enemy’s right forearm, grasp the enemy’s right elbow joint with the left palm upwards, and stomp the enemy’s right instep with our left foot downwards (Fig. 1-2). Immediately afterwards, our left leg kicked the knee joint of the enemy’s right leg to knock back the enemy’s kick wound (Figure 1-3).

Second, step on the foot + step on the knee

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 2-1). The enemy steps forward with his left foot and approaches, and then sweeps the muscle group on the outside of our front leg with his right whip leg; We immediately retreat our left leg to dodge, and quickly squat down, with our legs in a left step, while hooking the enemy’s right ankle or right calf with our left hand down and backward to defuse the enemy’s attack, and put our right hand on the left side of the lower jaw (Fig. 2-2). The enemy’s right foot falls backwards; We pursued, quickly stepped forward with our left foot, then turned to the left and slammed down on the ankle of the enemy’s left instep with our right foot (Fig. 2-3). Taking advantage of the severe pain and slow reaction of the enemy’s instep being trampled, our right foot quickly kicked the enemy’s left knee joint and kicked him back (Figure 2-4).

Third, nail leg kick knee + double push palm hit chest and abdomen

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 3-1). The enemy slid forward and approached, attacking our head with a right straight fist; Our side immediately dodged to the left side to give way to the enemy’s punch, and at the same time used our left hand to block outward and grab his right wrist, while the right hand held up to grasp the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint so that it could not flex its arm, so that our side controlled the enemy’s right arm so that it could not escape while defusing the enemy’s attack; We pull the enemy’s right arm back forcefully, causing the enemy to lean forward, while hooking the toe of the right foot and kicking the enemy’s right knee joint forward with the heel, kicking him (Figure 3-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s slow reaction due to being kicked in the lower set, our right foot immediately landed on the ground, quickly inserted our left foot forward into the enemy’s crotch, broke into the enemy’s middle door, formed a left lunge with both legs, and vigorously kicked forward with the left leg to help the ground, and pushed the enemy chest and abdomen with both palms, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 3-3).

Fourth, trip leg top elbow hit chest + flip back palm hook kick

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 4-1). The enemy slid forward and approached, attacking our upper plate with a straight left fist; Our left palm is immediately flipped upwards and outwards, blocking the outside of the enemy’s left forearm with our left forearm outward, so that the enemy is in a back position, and both fists are temporarily unable to attack or defend (Figure 4-2). Our side seized this opportunity, immediately pressed down on the enemy’s right arm with the left arm to continue the enemy’s back posture, and at the same time quickly turned left, forwarded the right foot to the enemy’s left heel, buckled the toe inside to trip the enemy’s left leg to prevent the enemy from retreating and escaping, and then slammed forward with the right elbow to hit the enemy’s heart socket and hit the enemy severely (Figure 4-3). Immediately after that, our side continued to pursue, not giving the enemy a chance to breathe, our right palm quickly turned upwards and slammed the enemy’s back palm into the enemy’s front, while hooking the enemy’s left heel with the right foot and kicking hard, the upper and lower forces staggered, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 4-4).

Fifth, hook and kick + step on the leg and step on the yin

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 5-1). Our left foot steps forward and close, while flipping outward and upward with our left palm, and attacking the enemy’s side with our left back palm (this move can be false or real, the main purpose is to force the enemy to defend the upper plate); The enemy shields the defense with his right hand (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, taking advantage of the enemy’s defensive attention on the upper plate, our side quickly twisted to the left, and kicked the enemy’s left foot with a right hook leg, kicking the enemy to the ground (Figure 5-3). Moving upwards, our right foot quickly landed on the ground, and quickly stepped on the enemy’s lower vulva with our left foot forward and down, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy.

6. Kick and kick and wrestle

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 6-1). The enemy’s right foot is half a step forward and kicks our head with a high left whip leg (6-1). We immediately block outward with our right arm and quickly hug and hug his left calf, then hold his knee socket with his left arm upwards to control the enemy’s left leg (Figure 6-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot spanned half a step to the left, and quickly twisted to the left, borrowing the force of the twisting rotation, and violently kicked the enemy’s right heel with the right foot, while lifting the enemy’s left leg upward and forward with both hands, and knocked the enemy to the ground (Figure 6-3).

7. Shovel legs and hit the knees and abdomen

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 7-1). The enemy slid forward and approached me while punching me in the face with his right fist; We immediately defended with our left hand outward and struck the knee or shin of the enemy’s right leg with a left shovel (Figure 7-2). Immediately afterwards, the left leg does not land on the ground and immediately bends the knee to recover, and then quickly tackles the enemy’s abdomen or vulva, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 7-3).

8. Nail leg kick + knock leg palm knock

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 8-1). The enemy slides forward and attacks our head with his right straight fist; We immediately dived downwards to dodge, while using our right spike leg to meet the knee or shin of the enemy’s right leg (Figure 8-2). Taking advantage of the severe pain and sluggishness of the knee or shin of the enemy’s right leg and shin, our right foot quickly moves forward, falls from the outside of the enemy’s right leg to the enemy’s right heel to clasp the enemy’s right foot, and at the same time violently pushes forward with the right palm and shakes the wrist to shock the enemy’s chest. The enemy fell backwards under the wrong two forces of our lower knock (Figure 8-3).

9. Turn around and kick the ankle with the right back leg + turn around and kick the left front leg and kick at the waist

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 9-1). The enemy steps forward with his left foot and kicks us in the chest with his right kick; We immediately squat down, bend our left leg and squat full, and at the same time support the ground with both palms, form a right step with our legs, quickly turn 180 degrees to the right and back with our left leg as the axis, and kick the inside of the enemy’s left ankle with our right heel in an arc with our right foot to kick the enemy (Figure 9-2). Immediately afterwards, our side continued to turn 180 degrees to the right back, while bending the right knee and closing the right leg, shifting the center of gravity to the right leg, forming a left servant step with both legs, supporting the ground with both hands, continuing to turn the upper body to the right, and then sweeping the enemy’s back and kidney with the left foot upwards, completely knocking the enemy down (Figure 9-3).

10. Right front leg kick chest + right back leg kick abdomen

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 10-1). Our left foot quickly stepped forward half a step closer, and with our right leg, we kicked the enemy’s chest and heart (Figure 10-2). Our side continued to pursue, and then immediately turned 180 degrees to the left with our left foot as the axis, turned our backs to the enemy, leaned forward with our upper body, and kicked the enemy in the abdomen with our right back leg, giving the enemy a double kick (Figure 10-3).

11. Kick the left leg and kick the chest + turn around and kick the right leg and kick the chest

We step forward with our right foot and kick the enemy’s chest with our left leg (Figure 11-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot fell to the right front, quickly turned back to the right, and continued to attack the enemy’s chest with the right kick, kicking the enemy down with consecutive heavy legs (Figure 11-3).

12. Dodge right kick and hit the ribs

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 12-1). The enemy slid forward and punched me straight in the face with his right; We immediately dived down and to the left to dodge (Figure 12-2). Immediately afterwards, after avoiding the attack of the enemy’s right fist, our side took advantage of the emptiness of the enemy’s right rib, and immediately hit the enemy’s right rib with a right kick and kick, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 12-3).

13. Kick the crotch continuously with the leg

The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our upper plate with a straight right fist; We immediately blocked the defense with our left hand and quickly kicked the enemy in the crotch with our right leg (Figure 13-2). Immediately after our right foot quickly landed on the ground, followed by the left foot stepping forward and approaching, and then raised the right foot to continue to bounce and kick the enemy’s crotch, completely crushing the enemy (Figure 13-3).

14. Right leg kick rib + left leg kick chest

The enemy slid forward and approached, attacking our head with a right straight fist; We immediately turned to the left and leaned forward to dodge, while quickly striking the enemy’s right rib with his right heel back and up (Figure 14-2). Our right foot quickly landed, and immediately turned to the left, striking the enemy in the chest and abdomen with his left leg, giving the enemy a double heavy kick (14-3).

Fifteen, dodge the left leg and hit the crotch

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 15-1). The enemy’s left foot steps forward and attacks our upper plate with a high right whip leg; Our left foot immediately takes a step to the right, while turning to the right, turning away from the enemy, and leaning forward to avoid the enemy’s right whip attack (Figure 15-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s right foot landing on the ground and not gaining a foothold, our side quickly slammed the enemy’s crotch back with its left heel, severely damaging him (Figure 15-3).

16. Sweep the stumbling block

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting position, and the two sides face each other (Figure 16-1). The enemy slides forward and hits us in the face with a straight right fist; We immediately slide diagonally to the left and forward to the enemy’s right outside flank, dodge the enemy’s right fist to the left side, and sweep the enemy’s right ankle forward with our right foot (Figure 16-2). Taking advantage of the inertia of the enemy’s right straight fist and the stumbling of our right leg, we turned to the right and slashed the enemy’s back with the right palm to knock the enemy to the ground (Figure 16-3).

17. Step on the legs and ankles + hit the chest with both palms

Our left three-body stand, the enemy stands in the right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 17-1). The enemy slides forward and closes, while hitting our chest with his right top knee; Our left foot steps forward, quickly dodges to the left side and extends our right arm downwards to block the outside of the enemy’s right knee to defuse the enemy’s knee attack; At the same time, the right foot violently stomped on the ankle or shin of the enemy’s support leg and left leg, kicking the enemy and unbalanced his center of gravity (Figure 17-2). Immediately afterwards, our right foot landed backwards, our legs formed a left lunge, and our right leg pressed the ground, borrowing the force of kicking the ground and taking advantage of the enemy’s physical imbalance, our upper body leaned forward and pushed the enemy’s chest and ribs with both palms, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 17-3).

18. Pull arms and knees to hit ribs

The enemy takes a big step forward with his left foot and attacks our head with a straight left fist; We immediately dodged to the right side, while blocking the enemy’s left forearm with our left forearm and grabbing the enemy’s left wrist to prevent the enemy from escaping, then turned to the left and kicked the enemy’s left ankle with the right hook (Figure 19-2). Our right foot hooks the enemy’s left foot (Figure 19-3). Immediately afterwards, our right leg changed to a low position, and the right leg kicked violently and kicked the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s support leg (right leg), kicking and wounding his knee and causing the enemy to fall (Figure 19-4).

21. Kick your legs in the air

Immediately afterwards, we kicked out our right leg in the air and kicked the enemy in the head (Figure 24-3). Constantly moving upwards, in the air, we retract our right leg while kicking and kicking the enemy’s left rib with our left leg (Fig. 24-4). We then retracted our left leg in the air, and then kicked the enemy in the back with a right kick, knocking the enemy down (Fig. 24-5).
