There are many ways in which gangsters attack us, but most of them do so from the front. A set of simple and practical defensive counterattack fighting moves to deal with gangsters’ frontal attacks has been compiled and shared with you in installments.
First, the leg bounces the yin + hooks the boxing head
The enemy punches me in the face with his left fist, and we immediately dodge backwards while kicking the enemy in the vulva with our left front leg (Figure 1-1). We step forward with our left foot and punch the enemy in the jaw with a left hook (Fig. 1-2).

Second, over-the-top fall + leg sweeping kick
The enemy punches me on the upper plate with his right fist, and we dive down to dodge, and lean forward to hug the enemy’s legs (Figure 2-1). After we use an over-the-top throw to knock the enemy down, we kick the enemy in the head with a right leg sweep (Figure 2-2).

Third, the finger pokes the throat + swings the elbow to hit the head
The enemy stepped up to the left and punched me in the head with a left swing; We block the defense with our right arm (Figure 3-1). We poked the enemy’s throat with our left finger (3-2). We then hit the enemy head with our right elbow (Figure 3-3).

Fourth, whip leg kick head + top knee hit abdomen
The enemy punches me in the head with a right swing, I slide backwards to dodge, and then kick the enemy in the head with my right whip leg (Figure 4-1). We land with our right foot forward, grasp the shoulder straps with both hands, and hit the enemy in the abdomen or vulva with our left knee (Figure 4-2).

5. Straight boxing surface + pulling arm hook kick wrestling
The enemy pokes our left finger in the eye, and we use our right hand to frame and grab the enemy’s left wrist (Figure 5-1). We then punched the enemy in the face with our left fist (Figure 5-2). We pull the enemy’s left arm back forcefully, and at the same time kick the enemy’s left foot with a right-foot hook, knocking the enemy down (Figure 5-3).

6. Top knee hit the yin + don’t arm control elbow
The enemy slashed my neck with his right hand, and we took his wrist with his left arm (Figure 6-1). We then press our right knee against the lower vulva or abdomen (Figure 6-2). Our side then controlled the enemy’s right arm by picking the elbow and the other arm (Figure 6-3).

7. Lock choke throat + trip leg push neck fall
The enemy attacks us in the face with a right slash, and we defend with our left forearm (Figure 7-1). We immediately choked the enemy’s throat with a right-hand palm lock (Figure 7-2). We then tripped the enemy’s right leg with our right leg, and at the same time pushed the enemy forward in the neck with the right figure-eight palm, knocking the enemy down (7-3).

8. Knee ribs + palm splitting neck
The enemy punches me straight on the upper set with his right arm, and our right arm blocks the defense (Figure 8-1). We then hit the enemy in the ribs with our right knee (Figure 8-2). We then slashed the back of the enemy’s neck with our right palm (Figure 8-3).

9. Horizontal elbow sweep + top knee jaw strike
The enemy attacked our abdomen with a left lunge and a straight fist on the right; We immediately defended with our left forearm downward and outward (Figure 9-1). I then turned to the left and hit the left side of the enemy’s head (9-2) with my right elbow. Immediately afterwards, our side quickly hit the enemy’s jaw with our right knee (9-3).

10. Swing elbow to hit the rib + side knee to hit the surface
The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our head with a left swing fist; We immediately turned to the left and dived to dodge (Figure 10-1). Then step forward with your left foot and approach the enemy in the ribs with your right elbow (Figure 10-2). Immediately afterwards, while the enemy was hit in the ribs and abdomen and bending down, our side quickly grabbed the back of the enemy’s neck or shoulder with both hands, and slammed the enemy’s front with the right knee (Figure 10-3).

11. Holding the leg and falling + kicking the yin
The enemy punched my head on the plate; We immediately crouch down and slide forward to get closer, wrapping our arms around the enemy’s legs or knees; With the left foot in front, press the enemy’s hip with the left shoulder (Figure 11-1). Later, we pull the enemy’s thigh or knee back with both hands, and at the same time press the ground with the right leg, form a left lunge, and use the left shoulder to violently forward against the enemy’s hip, throwing the enemy on his back (Figure 11-2). Immediately after that, we got up and stomped on or bombed the enemy with our left foot, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 11-2).

12. Neck and back fall + foot on the head
The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm and grab its left wrist (Figure 12-1). Immediately, we quickly inserted our right foot in front of the enemy’s right foot, and at the same time clamped the enemy’s neck with our right arm; Then immediately turn left with your back to the enemy, bend your knees and squat down slightly, pressing the right side of your hip against the enemy’s hip (Figure 12-2). Immediately afterwards, we press our legs straight upwards, and bend downwards, bow our heads, and lean over, while pulling the enemy’s right arm and right arm around the neck with our left hand, lifting the enemy on his back and throwing him out (Figure 12-3). After the enemy fell to the ground, we quickly stomped down on the enemy’s head with our right foot (12-4).

13. Straight boxing head + whip leg kicking ribs
The enemy attacked our lower abdomen with a right leg; Our left leg is immediately raised and swings inward, and the enemy’s right calf defense is intercepted with its left calf (Figure 13-1). Then he stepped forward with his left foot and slammed his right straight fist into the enemy’s side (13-2). Immediately afterwards, twist to the left and kick the enemy’s left rib with the right whip leg (Figure 13-3).

14. Pick the lock leg + kick the knee and lift the leg
The enemy attacked our chest and abdomen with a left right leg; We immediately slid to the left and turned right to dodge, while holding the enemy’s left calf with both hands in a left-hand grip style (Figure 14-1). We then kicked the enemy’s right knee joint with a low right leg, while throwing the enemy’s left leg up and forward with both hands, causing the enemy’s right knee joint to be frustrated and fallen (Figure 14-2).

Fifteen, kick legs and kick belly + kick legs and kick heads
The enemy kicks the outside of our left knee with a low right whip leg; We immediately raised our left knee and intercepted with our left calf (Figure 15-1). Immediately, our side attacked the enemy’s chest and abdomen (15-2) with a left right leg. Immediately afterwards, our left foot landed, and then quickly kicked the enemy’s front with the right leg (Figure 15-3).

16. Backpalm splitting the neck + hitting the knee and hitting the abdomen
The enemy kicks our head with a high left whip leg; Our right foot immediately steps back to the left and turns right to dodge, while blocking the enemy’s left calf outward with our left forearm, and bending our right elbow to lock the enemy’s left leg with our right arm outward, upwards, and inwards (Figure 16-1). I then twist to the left and split the enemy’s left neck or the root of the left ear of the head with the outer edge of my left palm to the left (Figure 16-2). Immediately afterwards, our left hand recoiled the back of the enemy’s neck and pulled back, while slamming forward with our left knee (Figure 16-3).

17. Sweep legs and kick ribs
Our side stands against the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks us in the head with a high right whip leg; We immediately crouched down to dodge (Figure 17-1). Moving upward, we quickly turned to the right and back, while supporting the ground with both hands, and kicked the enemy’s left leg heel as a support leg with the right rear sweeping leg (Figure 17-2). We kick the enemy to the ground, then enter and kick the enemy in the ribs with a right-foot bounce or stomp on the ribs, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 17-3).

18. Kick the crotch with your legs
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our head with a high left whip leg; We immediately crouched down to dodge, while sliding forward with both feet and stepping in, quickly wrapping our arms around the enemy’s right leg, which was a support leg (Figure 18-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our hands immediately pull the enemy’s right leg back, while leaning forward and slamming the enemy’s right thigh or right hip forward with the left shoulder, throwing the enemy on his back to the ground (Figure 18-2). Constantly moving upwards, our side kicked the enemy in the crotch with our right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 18-3).

19. Hold your legs and fall on your back
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicked us in the chest with a right leg; Our feet immediately slide backwards and retreat to dodge, while catching the enemy’s right foot with both hands (Figure 19-1). Constantly moving upwards, we quickly turned back to the right, stepped back with our right foot, bent our bodies and half squatted, and carried the enemy’s right leg on our left shoulder with both hands (Figure 19-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly leaned forward, arched our backs, and bowed our heads, while our legs were violently straightened, and our hands forcefully pulled the enemy’s right leg forward and down, throwing the enemy out of our shoulders (Figure 19-3).

20. Hang your legs and shake your head
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our abdomen with his right right leg while approaching; We immediately turn to the right to dodge, and at the same time use our left forearm to the right to block the outside of the enemy’s right calf with our left forearm to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 20-1). Without stopping, our side quickly twists to the left, and with the power of twisting, we use our right fist to hit the left side of the enemy’s head with a strong fist, defeating the enemy (Figure 20-2).

21. Leg support and crotch
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our chest with his left leg at the same time as he gets close; We immediately slid backwards and backed away to dodge, catching the enemy’s left foot with both hands (Figure 21-1). Moving upwards, we immediately lifted the enemy’s left foot up and forward, forcing the enemy’s center of gravity to fall back and lose balance (Figure 21-2). Taking advantage of the moment when the enemy’s body was out of balance and falling backwards, we kicked the enemy’s crotch with our left foot, severely damaging the enemy and kicking him to the ground (Figure 21-3).

22. Kneel on the legs
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our right ribs with a left whip; We immediately turned to the right and at the same time grabbed the enemy’s left leg with a left grip (Figure 22-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our right foot immediately retreats to the left and back, legs form a left lunge, and at the same time turn to the right, pulling the enemy’s right leg to our right with both hands as the turn is made, and twisting the enemy’s inner left thigh with the left shoulder, forcing the enemy’s body to be unbalanced (Figure 22-2). We threw the enemy down on the leg, and then we struck the enemy in the crotch with our left knee, severely damaging and subduing the enemy (Figure 22-3).

23. Face hook kick
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our head with a high right whip leg while approaching; We immediately turn to the left while blocking the enemy’s right calf with our right forearm, and use our left hand to grab the enemy’s right calf from the bottom up to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 23-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our left hand continued to grab the enemy’s right calf, while striking the enemy in the face with a right-flip back fist (Figure 23-2). Constantly moving upwards, our right hand hugs the right back side of the enemy’s neck and forcefully pulls our lower right direction, while lifting the enemy’s right foot upwards with the left hand, and kicking the enemy’s left ankle with the right foot forward and left with the right foot, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 23-3).

24. Stepping on the ribs
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our abdomen with his left side kick while approaching; We immediately slid backwards and retreated, tuck in and dodge, while grabbing the enemy’s left foot with both hands (Figure 24-1). Without stopping, our hands then forcefully shake the enemy’s left leg from right down to left up, forcing the enemy’s center of gravity to be unbalanced (Figure 24-2). We threw the enemy to the ground, and while continuing to control the enemy’s left leg, we slammed on the enemy’s ribs with our right foot to subdue the enemy (Figure 24-3).

Twenty-five, kick your knees at the waist
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy jumps up and kicks us in the face or jaw with a free right leg; We immediately slid laterally to the right and moved, while turning to the right and dodging the enemy’s right leg attack (Figure 25-1). Due to inertia, the enemy landed on our left side, and our side quickly stepped up to the right and turned back left, circled behind the enemy, grabbed the enemy’s left shoulder with his left hand, grabbed the enemy’s hair with his right hand, and forcefully wrenched the enemy’s body back with both hands, while slamming the enemy’s lower back with his right knee (Figure 25-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy’s right knee with our right foot and captured the enemy in uniform (Figure 25-3).
