21 hand-to-hand moves

Hand-to-hand combat is based on mastering basic techniques, with a certain ability to practice alone with bare hands, two or more people practice according to pre-programmed routines, and simulate actual combat according to the principle of attack and defense.

A set of freehand sparring exercises, a total of 20 movements, divided into the first and second sections. This account will introduce you in two installments. Today we are introducing the first paragraph.

Prepare postures

Both sides A and B stand opposite each other, and both sides stand in a left-fighting style (Figure 0).

1st move: A lunges, B left arm block

1. Step forward and left towards Party B, punch B straight with the left, and hold the fist on the right side at the same time (Figure 1-1).

2. Party B’s upper body turns right while flexing the left arm to block from left to right, and holding a fist with the right hand (Figure 1-2).

Movement 2: A lunge change, B left arm block

1. Party A’s left fist is retracted into a left holding fist, and the right fist hits the B side directly (Figure 2-1).

2. Party B’s right fist is closed at the waist, and the left arm is raised to block Party A’s right forearm (Figure 2-2).

3rd move: A kicks straight in front of A, and B hits the left on the right side

1. Party A’s right fist is retracted into a right holding fist, and at the same time, the right foot bounces forward and kicks Party B’s crotch, and the left fist hits the B side directly (Figure 3-1).

2. Party B’s left foot retreats to the left and steps back into a right lunge, and at the same time, the right arm is on the left forearm of Party A, and the left hand is put under the right foot of Party A (Figure 3-2).

4th move: Party A’s right fist is hit sideways, and Party B’s left arm is up

1. Party A’s right foot falls forward, the left fist is retracted into a left holding fist, the upper body is slightly turned to the left, and the right fist hits Party B’s temple (Figure 4-1).

2. Party B’s right leg is retreated into a left lunge, and the left forearm is left up to block Party A’s right forearm (Figure 4-2).

Fifth move: A hooks his left down, and B fists down

1. A steps forward and up, retracts his right fist into a right holding fist, and hits Party B’s abdomen with a hook fist with his left hand (Figure 5-1).

2. Party B presses Party A’s left fist with both arms crossed in front of the chest (Figure 5-2).

3. Then B turns 180 degrees to the right and back, pulls the crotch of Party A with the back of the left leg, and looks backward (Figure 5-3).

Movement 6: A retreats and dodges, and B defends on the right side

1. Retreat A’s left leg and pat Party B’s left foot down from the chest with both hands (Figure 6-1).

2. At the same time as Party B turns 180 degrees, it steps forward with its left foot and defends on the right side (Figure 6-2).

7th move: A lunges straight and B kicks his chest

1. A holds his fist in his right hand, steps forward with his left leg in a left lunge, and hits Party B with his left fist directly (Figure 7-1).

2. Hold Party A’s right arm from top to bottom with the right hand, and at the same time raise the right leg to kick the chest of the nail (Figure 7-2).

Movement 8: A steps into the leg, and B withdraws to block the arm

1. Party A’s left fist is retracted into a left holding fist, the left foot is closed half a step into a false step, and the right arm blocks Party B’s right leg (Figure 8-1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, Party A steps forward with his left foot into a left lunge, holds his fist on the right, and hits Party B’s head with his left fist (Figure 8-2).

3. Party B’s right leg retreats into a left lunge, holds a fist on the right, and blocks Party A’s left forearm with the left arm (Figure 8-3).

Movement 9: A kicks the lower right side, and B lifts his knee and shakes his foot

1. Party A’s right foot kicks the outer ankle of Party B’s left foot with a front and lower hook (Figure 9-1).

2. Party B’s left leg is raised up the knee (Figure 9-2), the body is slightly turned to the left, and the left foot is shaken down.

Movement 10: B kicks forward with his feet, and A clapps with both hands

1. At the same time that Party B’s left foot is shaken, the right fist is leaned against the lower abdomen, the fist is down, the left fist is raised sideways, the forearm is slightly abducted, the fist is outward, and the right foot is kicked forward to kick the crotch of Party A (Figure 10-1).

2. Party A’s right leg is retreated into a left lunge, and both hands change palms to pat the surface of Party B’s right foot from top to bottom (Figure 10-2).

Second paragraph
Movement 11: B doubles fists through ears, A doubles arms block

1. B drops his right foot forward, steps up to the left, forms a left lunge with both legs, and then hits Party A’s temple from both sides with his left and right fists, with the fist center facing outward (Figure 11-1).

2. Party A’s legs are in a left lunge, and both arms block Party B’s forearms from front to side up (Figure 11-2).

12th move: B right lower hook, A withdraws to defend

1. Party B steps up to the right, legs into a right lunge, left fist, and at the same time hits Party A’s abdomen with a right hook (Figure 12-1).

2. Party A’s left foot is retreated, legs are formed into a right lunge, and both wrists are crossed downward to block Party B’s right hook (Figure 12-2).

Movement 13: B lunge punch, A lunge block

1. Party B’s right fist is retracted into a right holding fist, and at the same time punches Party A’s head with a left-punch punch (Figure 13-1).

2. Party A’s right arm is on the left forearm of Party B (Figure 13-2).

Movement 14: B front kick straight hit, A under the frame on the shelf

1. Party B withdraws his left fist into a left holding fist, and at the same time kicks Party A’s abdomen with his left leg and hits Party A’s head with a right-punch punch (Figure 14-1).

2. Party A’s right leg is retreated, both legs are formed into a left lunge, at the same time the left arm is on the frame, and the right hand is slapped downward on the surface of Party B’s left foot (Figure 14-2).

Movement 15: Party B hits the left fist sideways, Party A’s right arm is on the upper frame 1, Party B’s left foot falls forward, and at the same time the right fist is closed into a right holding fist, then turn slightly to the right, and hit the temple on the right side of Party A’s head with a left fist (Figure 15-1).

2. Party A’s left leg is retreated, both legs are in a right lunge, the left fist is protected in front of the chest, and at the same time the right forearm is used to block Party B’s left forearm upward and outward (Figure 15-2).

Movement 16: B left hook, A defense down and back

1. Party B withdraws his left fist into a left fist and hits Party A’s abdomen with a right hook (Figure 16-1).

2. Party A turns left, steps with both legs in a horse, and crosses both wrists to block Party B’s right hook (Figure 16-2).

3. Keep moving up, turn 180 degrees to the left and back, use the right back leg to pry Party B’s crotch abdomen, and visually look at the right foot (Figure 16-3).

Movement 17: B retreats and dodges, and A defends on the left side

1. Step back in the direction of B and step left while patting Party A’s right ankle down with both palms (Figure 17-1).

2. Turn 180 degrees in the left and back direction of A, and step forward with your right foot into a left-fighting standing defense (Figure 17-2).

Movement 18: B lunges straight and A kicks his abdomen

1. Party B steps forward with his left foot, legs into a left lunge, right fist, and punches Party A’s right rib with a left punch (Figure 18-1).

2. Party A uses the left hook hand to hang Party B’s left forearm back, and at the same time kicks Party B’s abdomen with the left foot to the right side, and raises the right fist in front of the right side of the head (Figure 18-2).

19th movement: B virtual step leg, A turn right side defense

1. Party B retracts half a step with his left foot, makes his legs into a left imaginary step, holds his left fist, and blocks Party A’s left calf inward with his right forearm (Figure 19-1).

2. Party A closes the left leg, turns the body to the right, and the left foot falls forward after turning 180 degrees with the body to the right, forming a right fighting style to stand and defend (Figure 19-2).

Movement 20: B straight hook kick, A frame block knee lift

1. Party B steps up to the right, legs form a right lunge, and hits Party A’s head with a left punch, while the right fist is defended against the lower abdomen (Figure 20-1).

2. Immediately Party B kicks the outer ankle of Party A’s right foot with his left leg (Figure 20-2).

3. Party A blocks Party B’s left forearm with its right forearm, and raises its right knee to avoid Party B’s hook and kick (Figure 20-3).

Movement 21: A kicks forward, B strikes back

1. Party A’s right foot falls forward and shakes the foot, the body turns right, the left fist is in front of the abdomen, the right fist is raised on the right side to defend the right head, and at the same time the left leg is used to bounce forward and kick Party B’s abdomen (Figure 21-1).

2. Party B’s left leg is retreated, both legs are in a right imaginary step, and at the same time both hands are palmed, palms are down, palms are opposite each other, and Party A’s left instep is patted down from the chest (Figure 21-2).

End Action:

Party A steps forward with his left foot and stands in a left fighting style; Party B slaps Party A’s left leg and then steps back to the right and stands in a left fighting style (Figure 0).
