Iron Sand Fist Practical Usage
1. Left arm inside block defense + left iron fist straight to the surface
Enemies and friends stand up and face off in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy steps up to the right and punches me (the one standing on the left) in the head with a straight right; We immediately block the defense with our left arm (Fig. 3-1-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly turned to the left and hit the enemy’s front with a left iron fist (Fig. 3-2-1).
2. Left arm under block defense + right iron back punching nose
Enemies and friends stand up and face off in a left-hand fighting style. The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me (the right stander) in the abdomen with a right hook, and our side immediately blocked the defense with our left arm down, while bending our right arm in front of our chest to charge up and prepare for a counterattack (Fig. 3-2-1). Immediately afterwards, we slammed the bridge of the enemy’s nose with a right iron back fist (Fig. 3-2-2).
