Second, press the wrist
This move is also a traditional classic grappling move of martial arts,

This move moves the elbow joint by rolling the wrist to make it counter-joint, thereby controlling the entire arm of the enemy and subduing the enemy.
Third, wrap the wrist
This is a classic traditional grappling move.
Action essentials: (1) Our army attacked the enemy army with its right fist and was grabbed by the enemy with its right wrist; Our army’s left foot immediately stepped forward, and at the same time grabbed and pressed the back of the enemy’s right hand with the left hand and pulled back, at the same time the right forearm was raised, the right fist changed palm to cut the enemy’s right wrist, and the four fingers of the right hand buckled the enemy’s right forearm;
(2) Without stopping, our army’s right foot quickly retreated half a step back to the left and turned right, and at the same time forcefully pulled back to the right and pressed down on the enemy’s wrist, so that the enemy’s wrist joint was injured and he fell to the ground and captured.
If the enemy bends his right arm to resist, our army can quickly press the enemy’s arm with his left elbow to counteract. In the event of a stubborn enemy, our army can hit the enemy’s front with a right-foot kick and completely crush the enemy.
Fourth, pinch the throat before breaking
The main points of the move: the enemy army choked the throat of our army with both hands from the front, and our army quickly grabbed and pressed the back of the enemy’s left hand with his left hand; Then turn left and push the enemy’s left elbow with your right forearm or right hand to free you.
If the enemy bends his elbow, our army can step up and hit the enemy with his knee.
5. Pinch the neck after breaking
The main points of the move: the enemy army pinched the neck of our army with both hands from behind, and our army immediately grabbed and pressed the back of the enemy’s right hand with his left hand; Immediately our army raised his right arm and quickly turned left and back, and then used his right arm to force down and pinn down on the enemy’s right elbow to free himself.
6. Scratch the collar with one hand
The main points of the move: the enemy grabbed our army collar with his right hand from the front, and our army quickly grabbed the back of the enemy’s right hand with his right hand, violently rolled the enemy’s wrist, and at the same time pushed and pressed the enemy’s elbow joint with his left hand to subdue the enemy army.
7. Hold your waist after breaking
The main points of the move: The enemy army hugged our army waist with both arms from behind our army, our army quickly bent over, pulled the enemy’s right leg from under my legs, lifted it vigorously, and at the same time sat down on the hips, forcing the enemy to fall backwards.
There are also two variations of this move: our army can change the hook with both hands and sharply hook the enemy in the ribs backwards; You can also grab and press the opponent’s back with one hand, and tear the opponent’s little finger with the other, and when the enemy is released, our army can use other arm moves to subdue the enemy.
If the enemy holds our arms and waist together, our army can quickly pinch the enemy egg with his hand back; Or use your heel to stroke its genitals.
8. Break the front leg (waist)
The main points of the move: the enemy army hugs the leg or waist of our army from the front, our army quickly grabs and presses the enemy’s head with his left hand, grabs the enemy’s right jaw with his right hand, and then wrenches the enemy’s right lower jaw with his right hand to the right and upward, so that the enemy’s neck rotates so that the enemy’s cervical vertebrae are reversed.
This move is too forceful, and you can twist the neck of the enemy soldier and directly destroy it. When ordinary people are defending themselves, they can gradually use force when using this move to make the gangster submit.
9. Break the kick
The main points of the move: When the enemy kicks our army with his right leg, our army quickly retreats backwards to dodge, while grabbing the enemy’s ankle with one hand and the enemy’s instep with the other; Immediately our troops pulled back and lifted the enemy’s ankles, and at the same time twisted the enemy’s ankles, throwing the enemy down.
10. Break the egg
The main point of the move: the enemy grabs us from the front with his hands, and our army quickly grabs the enemy’s elbow joint with both hands and jerks up to free us.
