When the gangsters harass, grab, or entangle us unreasonably, the effect of our use of grappling at this time will be very good, and it can best reflect the power of four or two pounds. This is because when the gangsters scratch and entangle us, their joints come into contact with our body, forming a firm point of action. At this time, we eliminate the step of finding the anti-joint support point, so it is easy to succeed. After successfully forming a superphysiological limit of compression and twisting on the gangster’s joints, our side will strike hard at it, which can make the gangster completely incapacitated.
This is a sequel to the fighting moves of hitting and taking, adding fists and feet + splitting the bones, and hitting the enemy to his knees and begging for mercy.

Here’s an introduction.
First, wrap the wrist and hit the head
The enemy grabs our right wrist with his right hand (Figure 1-1). We immediately backbeat the back of the enemy’s right hand with our left hand, bend the elbow with the right arm, flip the wrist and put the enemy’s right wrist on the back, buckle and rotate, and use the wrist wrapping technique to catch the enemy’s right wrist (Figures 1-2). Immediately afterwards, our side pressed down, slapped down with the left hand and threw the enemy’s right arm outward (Figs. 1-3). Moving upwards, we quickly punch the enemy in the head or jaw with our right fist (Figures 1-4).

Second, wrap the wrist and hit the heart socket
We wrapped our right wrist around the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, I turned to the right and pulled the enemy’s right wrist to our right side with both hands, forcing the enemy’s upper body to lean forward (Fig. 2-2). Constantly moving upward, our side took advantage of the enemy’s upper body tilting towards us, and then twisted to the left, and with the force of twisting, violently hit the enemy’s chest and heart with his right knee, and severely damaged the enemy (Figure 2-3).

Third, press the elbow and hit the head
The enemy steps up to the left and grabs our left shoulder with his right hand (Figure 3-1). We immediately grasp the enemy’s right elbow with our right hand and push the enemy’s right wrist up with our left hand (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we pulled the enemy’s right elbow joint with our right hand, pressed the enemy’s right shoulder with our left hand, and grabbed the enemy’s right arm (Fig. 3-3). Constantly moving upward, we suddenly let go of our right hand and quickly hit the enemy’s left head or neck with our right elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Figures 3-4).

Fourth, pull the elbow and hit the abdomen
The enemy grabbed our left wrist with his right hand (Figure 4-1). We immediately use our right hand to grasp the enemy’s right elbow bone from below (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, our left hand pressed against the enemy’s right wrist, and the right hand pulled the elbow to catch the enemy’s right arm, forcing the enemy to kneel (Figure 4-3). Moving upwards, our side quickly raised our right knee and slammed into the enemy’s abdomen, severely damaging the enemy (Figures 4-4).

5. Don’t hit your chest
The enemy grabbed our collar with his right hand, and we immediately pressed the enemy’s right wrist with both hands (Figure 5-1). Immediately afterwards, we force the enemy to lunge with the wrist (Figure 5-2). Immediately after the upward movement, our side suddenly turned around and slammed the enemy’s chest and heart with his right fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Break the arm and hit the abdomen
The enemy grabbed our chest with his right hand (Figure 6-1). We immediately crossed our hands left and right and slammed the enemy’s right elbow joint, breaking his right arm (Figure 6-2). Immediately after the upward movement, we took advantage of the enemy’s pain and let go and was slow to react, and immediately raised our right knee and slammed into the enemy’s crotch or abdomen, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6-3).

In the following icons, the one who wears the black belt is us, and the person who wears the white belt is the enemy.
7. Twist your wrist and kick your crotch
The enemy stepped forward and grabbed me by the chest with his right hand; We immediately grabbed his right wrist with both hands (Figure 7-1). Without stopping, our side immediately twisted the enemy’s right wrist vigorously (Figure 7-2). Immediately after moving upward, taking advantage of the pain caused by the twisting of the enemy’s right wrist and moving to the right, our side quickly kicked his exposed crotch with his right leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 7-3).

8. Break the grasp and launch a counterattack
The enemy stepped forward and grabbed our hair with his right hand; We immediately clasped the back of the enemy’s right hand with both hands (Figure 8-1). Constantly moving up, our hands rotate from left to right and press down, twisting the enemy’s right wrist, forcing the enemy’s body to lean forward (Figure 8-2). Immediately afterwards, our side suddenly let go and slammed the enemy’s jaw with our right elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 8-3).

9. Pull your elbow and hit your heart
The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm (Figure 9-1). Constantly moving upward, our left hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist, while the right hand reaches forward to grab the enemy’s right elbow, and controls the enemy’s right arm with both hands to prevent him from retreating and escaping (Figure 9-2). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly raised our right knee and slammed into the enemy’s heart socket, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 9-3).

10. Don’t hit your wrist and break your shoulders
The enemy stepped forward and grabbed our shoulders with both hands (Figure 10-1). Our right hand pulls away the enemy’s left hand from the bottom up, and the left hand presses the enemy’s right wrist from top to bottom, and the body twists sharply to the right to force the body to lean forward (Figure 10-2). Immediately afterwards, our side suddenly fired a right fist to attack the enemy’s side (Figure 10-3). Without stopping, our body twisted to the right, and then hit the enemy’s right jaw with our left elbow, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 10-4).

11. Fall back on your knees
Our side and the enemy grasped both shoulders (Figure 11-1). We suddenly crouched down and put our arms around the enemy’s left knee socket (Figure 11-2). Without stopping, our hands immediately got up and threw the enemy’s left leg forcefully, throwing the enemy to the ground (Figure 11-3).

12. Elbow hook kick
The enemy slaps my left shoulder with his right hand (Figure 12-1). We immediately press back against the enemy’s right arm with our right hand, and the left hand goes backwards and upwards around the enemy’s right arm (Figure 12-2). Immediately afterwards, we flexed our elbows and grabbed the enemy’s right elbow (Figure 12-3). Taking advantage of the enemy’s heel, body arch, and center of gravity back, our left foot kicked the enemy’s right foot violently and kicked the enemy to the ground (Figure 12-4).

13. Arm hook and kick
The enemy steps forward and left and hits us in the head with a straight left fist; We immediately turned to the right, took the wrist with our right hand and held the enemy’s forearm with our left hand (Figure 13-1). Continuing upward movement, we quickly kicked the enemy’s left foot with our right foot (Figure 13-2), while knocking the enemy to the ground by hitting the enemy on the chest with both hands (Fig. 13-3).

14. Pull the elbow to hit the jaw
The enemy punches us in the head with a left swing; We block the defense with our right hand (Figure 14-1). After the move, the enemy then attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately blocked the defense with a left-handed outside shot (Figure 14-2). Constantly moving upward, our left hand grabbed the enemy’s left arm and pulled back, while the body quickly twisted to the left and slammed the enemy’s jaw with the right elbow to defeat the enemy (Figure 14-3).

Fifteen, the elbow lock arm becomes hooked and kicked
The enemy punches us on the head with a right-hand punch, and our body flashes to the left while blocking the enemy’s right arm with our right hand outward (Figure 15-1). Immediately, our right hand clasps the bowl down, and the left hand pulls up, twisting the enemy’s arm behind us (Figure 15-2). Moving upward, our right hand grabbed his wrist and sent it into the bend of our left elbow (15-3). Immediately afterwards, we pinned our elbows upside down to our waist with both hands, and pressed our bodies forward to catch the enemy (Figs. 15-4). If the enemy forcibly supports himself while locking his elbows, our side immediately turns into a two-arm punch and knocks the enemy back (Figs. 5-5).

16. Hands with arms
The two sides faced off (Figure 16-1). The enemy stepped up to the left and punched us in the chest with a left-punch; We immediately dodged sideways to the outside of the enemy’s left arm, dodging his left fist, while grabbing the enemy’s left wrist with his left hand and his right arm with his right hand (Figure 16-2). Constantly moving up, our left hand is pressed down, and our right hand becomes hooked, counter-hooking the enemy’s head and neck, and at the same time the body twists to the right and back, hooking the enemy to the ground (Figure 16-3).

17. Pull your arm through the palm and hit the ribs
In the confrontation between the enemy and us, the enemy steps up to the left and hits us in the face with a right fist; We immediately twist to the right, while putting our right hand on the outside and back of the enemy’s right wrist (Fig. 17-1, Fig. 17-2). Moving upwards, our right hand grabbed the enemy’s right wrist and pulled back, while stabbing the enemy’s right armpit rib with the left palm, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 17-3).

18. Wrapped arms and hooks
The two sides of the enemy face each other (Figure 18-1). The enemy steps up to the left and hits our chest with a straight left fist, and we use our left hand to slap down to block the defense (Figure 18-2). Immediately afterwards, our right hand is inserted from top to bottom and then forward and up, interspersed in the enemy’s left arm (Figs. 18-3, Fig. 18-4). Constantly moving upwards, our right hand moves the enemy’s right shoulder backwards, while the right foot kicks the enemy’s left foot from back to front and up, kicking the enemy to the ground (Figure 18-5).
