16 police enemy control techniques suitable for self-defense

Police fighting techniques are not only suitable for police officers, but also very suitable for ordinary people as self-defense training. “Kung Fu Wushu Cool” has compiled a set of police fighting techniques, including basic fighting postures and 15 sets of kicking, fighting, and throwing combination moves, and shared them with everyone.

1. Fighting posture

The fighting posture in this chapter is a left-hand fighting style, that is, the left foot and left hand in front, and the right foot and right hand behind (Figures 1-1, Fig. 1-2).

2. Right straight boxing face + left upper hook boxing belly + right slash palm to hit the neck

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side first attacked the enemy’s front with a right straight fist, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 2-1);

2. When the enemy is defending the head of the upper plate, taking advantage of the emptiness of the middle plate, our side immediately slides close and slams the enemy’s abdomen with the upper left hook (Figure 2-2);

3. Keep moving upward, taking advantage of the enemy’s abdomen being hit or bending over with the chest and belly to defend, our side quickly slashes the right neck of the enemy from left to right with our right palm and severely damages the enemy (Fig. 2-3, Fig. 2-4).

3. Right hand block anti-fist + left palm prodding + right swing boxing head

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; The enemy hits us in the head with a right-hand swing punch, and we immediately slide forward to the left and dodge to the left side, while blocking the defense with our right forearm outward (Figure 3-1);

2. Keep moving upward, and then our right foot steps to the right and hits the enemy’s lower vulva with our left palm (Figure 3-2);

3. When the enemy’s lower yin is hit and bent over and leans forward, our left foot immediately steps up and approaches, and violently hits the enemy’s left ear root or left temple with a right swing fist (Figure 3-3).

4. Left straight boxing head + right straight boxing head + left upper hook boxing abdomen

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side slides forward and closes up, hitting the enemy’s head continuously with straight fists left and right, forcing the enemy to defend and disrupting the enemy’s rhythm (Fig. 4-1, Fig. 4-2);

2. When the enemy is busy defending the upper set, our side changes the offensive route, changes the enemy’s middle set, and we step up to the left and slam the enemy’s abdomen with the upper left hook to subdue the enemy (Figure 4-3).

5. Left swing boxing jaw + right swing elbow head + left elbow strike jaw

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side stepped up to the left and punched the enemy in the right jaw with a left swing, forcing the enemy to defend (Fig. 5-1);

2. Immediately after the upward movement, I turn my body to the left and attack the enemy’s left head or neck with the right elbow (Figure 5-2);

3. Without stopping, our side changes the line of attack and attacks the enemy’s jaw from the bottom up with the left elbow, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Left hand external block leg defense + right top elbow hit chest + left swing elbow hit head

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; The enemy attacked our chest and abdomen with a right right leg (Figure 6-1);

2. We immediately slide to the right to dodge, while using our left hand to block the defense (Figure 6-2);

3. Without stopping, our side immediately broke into the enemy’s middle door with right steps, and quickly turned left 90 degrees, and slammed the heart socket of the enemy’s chest with the right top elbow (Figure 6-3);

4. While the enemy is hit and bent over and leans forward, our right foot quickly takes a step to the right, and immediately twists to the right, and slams the ear root or neck on the right side of the enemy’s head with the left elbow (Figures 6-4, Figs. 6-5).

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side slides forward and closes and attacks the enemy with a straight left fist (Fig. 7-1, Fig. 7-2);

2. While the enemy is dodging behind, our left foot steps forward into a left lunge, leans forward, hugs the enemy’s left and right knees with both arms and pulls back hard, and at the same time pushes the enemy’s hip joint forward with the left shoulder to fall the enemy backwards (Fig. 7-3, Fig. 7-4, Fig. 7-5).

3. After falling on the enemy’s back, our side quickly stepped up to the right and approached, riding the dragon step on the right and slamming the enemy’s heart nest with the right fist (Figure 7-6).

8. Left jab boxing head + right swing boxing head + neck fall + kneeling shoulder folding wrist

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side used a left jab to force the enemy to lean back and dodge (Fig. 8-1, Fig. 8-2);

2. Immediately attack the enemy’s head with a right swing fist (Figure 8-3);

3. Regardless of whether our right swing fist hits the enemy or not, our right foot will step up to the enemy’s right foot, clamp the enemy’s neck with the right arm, and immediately turn left and back 180 degrees, bend both knees, press the hips against the enemy’s hips, grab the enemy’s right shoulder with the left hand, lean forward, and carry the enemy on our back (Figure 8-4);

4. Keep moving up, our knees are straight, our hips are forcefully pushed up the enemy’s hips, bending down hard, and the right arm and left hand are pulled to the left and down, and the enemy is thrown out of our back (Fig. 8-5, Fig. 8-6);

5. When the enemy falls sideways to the enemy, our hands immediately lift the enemy’s right arm up, and at the same time kneel down with the right knee to press the enemy’s right shoulder, and fold the enemy’s right wrist in the direction of his elbow to subdue the enemy (Fig. 8-7).

9. Left stabbing palm insertion + right leg sweeping + left split boxing neck

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side struck the enemy’s eye with our left palm, forcing the enemy to fall back and dodge (Fig. 9-1, Fig. 9-2);

2. While the enemy’s attention is attracted to the upper plate, our side immediately attacks the enemy’s lower disc and sweeps the thigh muscle group of the enemy’s left leg with the right leg (Figure 9-3);

4. Taking advantage of the enemy’s lower set, our side changed to attack the enemy’s upper disc, and struck the ear root on the right side of the enemy’s neck or the right side of the head with a left split fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 9-4).

10. Right straight boxing face + left leg strike + left palm slash neck

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our side slides forward and attacks the enemy’s front with a right straight fist, forcing the enemy to fall back and dodge (Fig. 10-1, Fig. 10-2);

2. While the enemy’s attention is attracted to the upper plate, our side immediately attacks the enemy’s lower set and kicks the inside of the knee of the enemy’s left leg with the left leg (Figure 10-3);

4. While the enemy is hit in the next set, our side changes to attack the enemy’s upper set, and we use the left slash palm to cut the left side of the enemy’s neck from right to left (Fig. 10-4, Fig. 10-5).

11. Right straight punching head + right punch knee hit abdomen + right elbow hit back

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; We slide forward and hit the enemy’s side with a straight right fist (Fig. 11-1);

2. The upward movement does not stop, our side takes advantage of the trend to wrap our arms around the back of the enemy’s neck and pull it back and down forcefully, while slamming the enemy’s chest and abdomen with our right knee (Fig. 11-2, Fig. 11-3);

3. While the enemy was hit in the chest and abdomen and bent downward, our side slammed the enemy’s back with our right elbow and crushed the enemy (Figure 11-4).

XII. Left leg kick knee + right straight boxing head + left flat hook boxing jaw

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; We kick the inside of the enemy’s left knee with our left leg (Figure 12-1);

2. Taking advantage of the enemy’s attention on the defense of the lower set, our left foot immediately falls forward and immediately attacks the enemy’s head with our right fist (Figure 12-2);

3. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately turns to the right and slams the enemy’s right ear root or right jaw with a left flat hook fist to subdue the enemy (Figure 12-3).

13. Left jab punching face + right kicking leg and belly + right swing boxing jaw

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; We shook the enemy’s side with a jab with our left hand to attract the enemy defense (Fig. 13-1);

2. While the enemy is leaning back, our side quickly turns to the left and kicks the abdomen of the enemy’s center plate with a kick on the right side (Fig. 13-2, Fig. 13-3);

3. While the enemy is hit in the abdomen and bending over and leaning forward, our side quickly hit the enemy’s left lower jaw with a right swing fist (Figure 13-4).

14. Step left right pedal belly + left swing boxing head + right straight boxing throat

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; Our right foot steps forward and attacks the enemy’s chest and abdomen with our left right leg (Fig. 14-1, Fig. 14-2);

2. Keep moving up, our left foot falls forward, and quickly slams the enemy’s right ear root or right jaw with a left swing fist (Figure 13-3);

3. Immediately after the upward movement, our side then slammed the enemy’s throat with a right straight fist to subdue the enemy (Fig. 14-4).

Fifteen, knee defense + left front kick abdominal + right split boxing neck

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; The enemy kicks our thigh with his right leg, and we immediately raise our left knee to intercept (Fig. 15-1, Fig. 15-2);

2. Keep moving up, our left foot quickly lands on the ground, the right foot quickly steps forward, and attacks the enemy’s abdomen with the left right leg (Figure 15-3);

3. When the enemy is hit in the abdomen and leans forward, our left foot immediately steps forward, and smashes the enemy’s left neck with a right split fist to subdue the enemy (Figure 15-4).

16. Left leg + don’t fall leg

1. Both the enemy and we use the left fighting style to stand and confront; The enemy attacks our left rib with his right leg; Our side immediately hugged the enemy’s right leg in the left holding position (Fig. 16-1, Fig. 16-2);

2. Keep moving upward, and then our right foot is inserted into the enemy’s left foot to pin the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time I turn left and use my right shoulder to press down on the enemy’s right thigh; We continued to turn to the left and drop the enemy’s legs (Fig. 16-3, Fig. 16-4, Fig. 16-5).
