16 Knee Techniques Practical Combat Moves

The knee technique introduced to you is a fighting technique specially used to attack the enemy’s crotch, abdomen, chest, ribs, head and other key parts. It is characterized by its sudden might, like thunder bombing, which can be called a thunderbolt and a strange knee.

First, hit the face and lift the knee to the chest

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. Our side slides forward and advances, while punching the enemy with a straight left fist; The enemy blocks our left arm with both palms to the right to block our left fist attack (Figure 1-1). Constantly moving upward, we quickly raised our right knee forward and upwards and slammed into the enemy’s chest, crushing the enemy (Figure 1-2).

Second, amputate the legs, raise the knees and hit the chest

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy’s right foot steps forward and attacks our crotch with a left leg; We quickly turned to the right, raised our left knee, and used our left calf to volley the enemy’s left leg from left to right (Figure 2-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our left leg quickly fell forward and advanced, and at the same time grabbed the enemy’s shoulders with both hands and pulled and pressed back hard, forcing the enemy to bend forward, and then our right knee quickly raised and slammed into the enemy’s chest, defeating the enemy (Figure 2-2).

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy stepped forward and right, attacking our head with twin peaks; We immediately defused the enemy’s offensive by dividing our arms from the inside out (Figure 3-1). Immediately afterwards, our hands grabbed the enemy’s neck and pushed back, while slamming the enemy’s crotch with our right knee to defeat the enemy (Figure 3-2).

Fourth, pat your elbows and raise your knees against your chest

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other. The enemy steps up to the right and hits our chest with a right lunge and a right punch; Our right foot immediately retreats half a step back and turns right to dodge the enemy’s right fist, while slaps the enemy’s right elbow from left to right with the left palm to break the straight force with horizontal force and defuse the enemy’s right fist attack (Figure 4-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our side quickly twisted to the left, and the left palm continued to slap downward and outward against the enemy’s right arm, forcing the enemy to expose his chest and abdomen, and at the same time, with the force of twisting, he raised his right knee and slammed into the enemy’s chest to defeat the enemy (Figure 4-2).

Taking advantage of the enemy’s right elbow injury, pain and slow response, our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s head with our right hand and pressed it down, while stepping forward with our left foot, and then slammed our right knee into the enemy’s head, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 7-2).
