15 throws for self-defense fighting

Self-defense fighting wrestling is a self-defense fighting technique used when the hands, feet, shoulders, and waist still have room for movement when they are caught.

If you can make full use of these conditions to form a shear force, or drive the enemy’s body, you can change the support point and lose the center of gravity, so that the enemy can fall forward, backward, left and right.

First, step forward and pick the palm

The enemy grabbed our left wrist with his left hand and attempted to commit an attack (Figure 1-1). Our captured left hand was immediately lifted slightly, and at the same time the right foot quickly stepped up to the back of the enemy’s left foot, tripping the enemy’s left foot, and then the right palm quickly pierced out from under the enemy’s left armpit (Figures 1-2). Constantly moving upwards, our left hand violently pulls the enemy’s left arm towards our left side, while the right hand violently pushes the enemy’s upper body backwards, forcing the enemy to fall backwards (Fig. 1-3). In this move, the three actions of stumble on the right foot, left lift, and right palm must be performed at the same time to knock the enemy down.

Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand grabs the enemy’s left hand, and at the same time quickly stands up, the left hand is lifted up forcefully, and the left shoulder is pressed against the enemy’s abdomen, and the enemy is lifted up and thrown backwards (Figure 2-3).

Our side immediately followed the enemy’s pulling momentum, quickly stepped up with the left foot to the outside and back of the enemy’s left foot, tripped the enemy’s left foot, turned right, hugged the enemy’s left upper arm with his left arm, grabbed the enemy’s left forearm with his right hand, and held the enemy’s left arm tightly to his chest with both hands (Figure 3-2). Continuing upward movement, we squatted down to the lower right at our waist and slammed our back, thus throwing the enemy on our backs (Figures 3-3).

We move to the left, stride our left foot behind the enemy’s right foot and trituble on the enemy’s right foot, while hitting the enemy’s right shoulder with the left shoulder to relieve the enemy’s grasp (Figure 7-2). The upward movement was non-stop, and immediately after our impact, the left arm was rotated inward to break loose the top of the enemy’s elbow, and at the same time swept hard to the left rear crossarm, causing the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 7-3).

We immediately grabbed the enemy’s swept left wrist with our left hand, quickly turned left, and pushed the enemy’s left upper arm forward with our right shoulder to make it lean forward (Figure 11-2).
