14 grappling and wrestling combo fighting moves

Boxing proverb: “If you fall without fighting, you will fall lightly, and if you hit and grasp, you will hit hard; If you grab but don’t take it, you will grasp loose, and if you take it and fall, you will take it hard. ”

Therefore, we can organically combine various grappling techniques with actual combat combat fighting methods and fast wrestling techniques in actual self-defense fighting, which will greatly enhance our actual combat ability.

Sort out a set of self-defense techniques for fighting fighting and self-defense that take the initiative and take the middle and hit the fight, and share it with you in two issues.

First, thumb pressure + whip leg kick ribs

For example, the enemy reaches out and pretends to shake hands with us (Figure 1-1). When the enemy first touches our hand, we can slightly raise the elbow, turn it outward, press the thumb against the metacarpophalangeal joint on the side of the thumb, press down hard, and press the index finger against the upper end of the enemy’s thumb to reverse (Figure 1-2). The enemy will have a sharp thumb pain in the chest and abdomen, at which point we will quickly kick the enemy in the chest and ribs with our right whip leg (Figs. 1-3).

Second, double buckle finger + knee collision

As soon as I made contact with the enemy’s hand, I immediately flipped my wrist and lifted it forward, pressing the enemy’s thumb forward (Figure 2-1), so that the other four fingers of the enemy were unconsciously separated, and then the enemy’s little finger slit on our left hand (Fig. 2-2). Immediately afterwards, we flipped the enemy’s thumb with our right hand, kicked back the index finger of our left hand, and dragged down both hands at the same time, forcing the enemy to crawl to the ground (Figures 2-3). We then hit the enemy in the face with our right knee, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figures 2-4).

eight, pouting wrist + piercing + ribs

we grasp the enemy’s right hand with our right hand from the front (Figure 8-1). We then twist the enemy’s right wrist clockwise, forcing the enemy’s right elbow to unconsciously lift up, and then we put our left hand out of the enemy’s right elbow bend (Figure 8-2). Immediately afterwards, our left hand pressed forward, forcing the enemy’s body to lean forward, and then our right knee slammed into the enemy’s chest, abdomen or ribs, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 8-3).

9. Pouting the wrist and pulling the arm + smashing the brain with the crotch

From the right side of the enemy, we grab the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand and clasp his wrist (Figure 9-1). The enemy suffers from pain from the pouting of the wrist and is forced to bend the elbow; We immediately raise the enemy’s right arm with the left hand and pull the enemy’s upper arm back from above the enemy’s elbow (Figure 9-2). Immediately our left hand forcefully pulls forward the enemy’s right upper arm, forcing the enemy’s body to lean forward, and then we raise our right knee and violently push up the enemy’s crotch, severely damaging it (Figure 9-3). Then take advantage of the enemy’s crotch blow and bend down, tripped the enemy’s right leg with his right leg, and at the same time slammed the back of the enemy’s head, knocking the enemy down and subduing him (Figure 9-4).

10. Pout your wrists and fold your arms

We grasp the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, and grasp the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint from the bottom up with our left hand (Figure 10-1). Immediately afterwards, we push forward with our right hand and pout the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 10-2). Immediately, our left hand becomes the top of the elbow, and the right hand pouts and pulls back, and the enemy will lift his heels due to pain, at which point we will kick the enemy’s heart socket with our right whip leg (Figure 10-3). In order to catch the enemy, our right hand becomes a pouting wrist twist, and the left hand pushes his elbow joint to squeeze the right hand, forcing the enemy to crouch and capture due to pain (Figure 10-4).

11. Arm elbow lift + top kick

We grasp the enemy’s palm from the side (Figure 11-1). Immediately after I step up to the enemy’s flank with my left foot, I clamp the enemy’s right elbow joint with my left arm downwards from above my upper arm (Figure 11-2). Our left forearm lifts the enemy’s right elbow vigorously, and the right hand grasps the wrist down, which can cause the enemy’s elbow joint to be fractured; When the enemy is facing the chest and abdomen due to pain, we can return to the left elbow and hit the fossa of his heart (Figure 11-3). Next, our left foot kicked the enemy’s left support leg upwards and knocked him to the ground (Figure 11-4).

12. Pry elbow + turn and twist

We grab the enemy’s right wrist and pull it back, and the left hand supports the elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint, which can easily fracture the enemy’s elbow joint (Figure 12-1). When the enemy bends his elbow due to pain, we can push the wrist and pull the elbow, take a big step up the right foot to the side and hit the enemy in the face at the same time, and then our right hand grabs the wrist forward and down, and the left hand catches the enemy’s right elbow up and up (Figure 12-2). In this case, if we twist our body to the left, we can throw the enemy to the ground (Figure 12-3).

13. Reverse arm fall

Our right hand grabbed the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 13-1). Immediately afterwards, we take a big stride up our right foot to the right side of the enemy, hold the wrist with your right hand and place our elbow down on our left shoulder (Figure 13-2). Then we twist our body to the right and bow over, pulling our wrists with both hands and shoulders to support the enemy’s right arm (Fig. 13-3). Moving up, we continued to lean down to the lower right and turn around, throwing the enemy over our back (Figure 13-4).

14. Curl wrists + kick in the face + lead the sheep

Our left hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist (Fig. 14-1), while rapidly turning his wrist from the bottom up and outward, pressing the back of the enemy’s right hand with the thumb of the right hand, and clasping the remaining four fingers to the large fish on the palm side of the enemy (Fig. 14-2). Then our left hand quickly turned the wrist to the thumb and pressed the back of the opponent’s hand, and the other four fingers clasped its small fish (Figure 14-3). Immediately afterwards, we kick the enemy in the face with our right whip leg slightly behind our body (Figs. 14-4). Continuing upward movement, our hands continued to roll outward and press the enemy’s right wrist, forcing the enemy to fall to the ground with our strength (Figs. 14-5).
