14 Police Stick fighting attack methods

Police Sticks are special clubs used by police officers in the performance of their duties. It is generally 50 cm long, 20 mm in diameter and weighs 200 grams.

The basic attack methods of the Police Stick are chopping, sweeping, stabping, chopping, picking, pointing, and topping.

These methods are very simple and also very suitable for ordinary people to practice. In real-life self-defense fighting, you can use baseball bats, badminton rackets, selfie sticks, umbrellas, long-handled flashlights, etc. instead of Police Sticks to fight gangsters.

First, step up and split

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other (Figure 1-1). Our right foot steps forward, and our legs form a right lunge; At the same time, the right hand holds the stick from the front of the abdomen up to the top of the head (Figures 1-2). Immediately afterwards, we swung our stick forward and down, striking the enemy’s side with a slight focus (Figures 1-3).

Second, flash step splitting arm

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other (Figure 2-1). We slid diagonally forward and to the right, dodging towards the enemy’s front left flank, while lifting the stick to our chest to charge up and prepare to attack (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, we slammed the enemy’s left forearm from top to bottom with a swing of our stick (Figs. 2-3).

Third, sweep the head

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other (Figure 3-1). We slide forward and approach, then twist to the left, quickly bend the right arm from bend to extension and rotate outward, and with the help of the force of twisting, use the stick to sweep the right side of the enemy’s head from right to front to left, and force the stick slightly (Figure 3-2).

Fourth, reverse sweep the head

5. Poke the throat with one hand

6. Poke your hands in the abdomen

7. Cut legs with one hand

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-wing fighting style and confront each other (Figure 7-1). We step forward and right, legs form a right lunge, and quickly lean forward; At the same time, the stick held by the right hand slashes the enemy’s left calf, shin, or knee from the upper right to the lower left (Figure 7-2).

8. Cut off legs with both hands

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other (Figure 8-1). The enemy slid forward and approached, attacking our head with a right straight fist; Our side immediately steps back with our right foot, turns to the right, moves our center of gravity back to our right leg, crouches into a left servant step, and dodges the attack of the enemy’s right fist; At the same time, hold the stick in front of the right rib (Figure 8-2). 9. Bend your wrists and pick your crotch

We step forward and up and right, while the palm of the right hand faces to the left, and the stick and arm are in a straight line, and hang down to the right (Figure 9-2). Immediately afterwards, our right hand bends the wrist vigorously upwards and slams the enemy’s crotch with the stick slightly from the bottom up (Figure 9-3).

10. Step forward and pick your wrist

Our right hand holds a stick, and the enemy holds a dagger in his right hand; Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other (Figure 10-1). We step up and right and get closer; At the same time, hold the stick in the right hand, palm facing to the left, the stick and arm in a straight line, and hang down to the right (Figure 10-2). Immediately afterwards, our right hand violently bent the wrist upwards, and slammed the enemy’s right wrist with the stick slightly from the bottom up, knocking off the dagger held by the enemy’s right hand (Figure 10-3).

11. Raise your knees and nod

12. Flash point wrist

14. Reverse top chest

We hold a stick in our right hand; Both sides stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other (Figure 14-1). The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; Our side immediately stepped up to the right and approached, turned to the left, held the stick root of the stick with the right hand, held the stick of the stick in the left hand, and blocked the enemy’s right forearm from right to left with the middle section of the stick to block the enemy’s right fist attack (Figure 14-2).
