Compiled a set of 12-style palm fighting techniques of traditional Chinese martial arts and shared them with you.
First, the eagle claw grasps the noodles
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punched me in the face with a right punch; We immediately block the defense with our left palm outward (Figure 1-1).
2. Without stopping, our left palm immediately moves forward along the enemy’s right arm, slams the enemy’s nose bridge and lips with the palm root, and grabs the enemy’s front triangle with five fingers, causing the enemy’s mouth and nose to bleed and his eyes blurred (Figure 1-2).
Second, the iron fan fanned the face
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy comes with a left fist; We block the defense with our left palm inward (Figure 2-1);
2. Immediately, our side quickly slapped the enemy’s left cheek or left ear root with the back of the left palm forward and left, causing the enemy’s ears to be blue and swollen, dizzy and tinnitus (Figure 2-2).
3. Cut the neck with a horizontal knife
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy hit me in the head with his left fist; We defend with the right palm outside (Figure 3-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately slashed the enemy’s left neck artery with his left palm, causing the enemy’s head to lack oxygen and difficulty breathing (Figure 3-2).
Fourth, the tiger’s claws are on the face
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punched me in the chest with a left punch; We immediately block the defense with our right palm downward (Figure 4-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately pounced forward with the left palm to hit the triangle of the enemy’s front, causing the enemy’s mouth and nose to bleed (Figure 4-2).
5. Split the root of the ear
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the face with a left punch; Our upper body immediately dodged backwards (Figure 5-1).
2. If the upward movement does not stop, we immediately wave our left palm and slash the root of the enemy’s right ear to the right with the outer edge of the palm, causing damage to the enemy’s eardrum and tinnitus and dizziness (Figure 5-2).
6. Iron palm clapping ribs
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punches me on the plate with his left fist; I turned towards the right side and defended with my right palm inward (Figure 6-1).
2. Immediately following the upward movement, our right foot quickly steps forward, the body squats slightly, and at the same time slaps the enemy’s left rib with the left palm forward and left, causing the enemy’s internal organs to be shocked and injured (Figure 6-2).
7. Fan the cheeks with the back of the palm
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punches me on the plate with his left fist; We immediately hooked the defense outward with our right hook (Figure 7-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, our right foot immediately steps forward, and at the same time grabs the enemy’s left hand with the left hand and brings it back; Immediately, the right palm was used to quickly forward along the upper side of the enemy’s left arm, and to the right with the back of the palm to the enemy’s right cheek, causing the enemy’s face to be swollen, tinnitus, and painful (Figure 7-2).
8. Turn around and provoke the yin
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punched me in the face with a right punch; We immediately defend with our right palm inward (Figure 8-1).
2. Without stopping, our side immediately steps up to the right and quickly turns to the left and back, while striking the enemy’s lower yin with the right palm back, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 8-2).
9. Split your palms and insert your eyes
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punches me on the upper plate with a right punch; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand downwards and brought it back (Figure 9-1).
2. Without stopping, our side quickly separated the five fingers and struck the enemy’s eyes with the index finger and middle finger forward, making it lose its combat effectiveness (Figure 9-2).
10. Split ribs horizontally
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punched me in the face with a left punch; We immediately block with the outside of the left palm (Figure 10-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, our left hand grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls back, while the right palm violently splits the enemy’s left rib and breaks his rib (Figure 10-2).
10. Tiger claw picking
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy struck us in the head with a right fist; We immediately defended with our left forearm (Figure 11-1).
2. The upward movement did not stop, and our side quickly grabbed the triangle area of the enemy’s front with tiger claws, causing heavy damage to the enemy’s mouth, nose and eyes (Figure 11-2).
12. Cut the nose horizontally
1. Both the enemy and we face off in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicked his leg on the right side to attack our middle set; Our left foot immediately takes a step to the left, our right foot steps up to the left and back, and immediately turns 90 degrees to the right, while blocking the enemy’s right leg outward with both forearms (Figure 12-1).
2. Approaching the upward movement, when the enemy’s right foot has just landed on the ground and has not gained a firm footing, our side quickly twists to the left, and violently cuts the enemy’s nose bridge forward with the outer edge of the right palm, breaking the enemy’s nasal bridge cartilage (Figure 12-2).
