12 hand-to-hand combat to crush the enemy

I have compiled a set of offensive elbow 12 styles commonly used in China and abroad and shared them with you.

1. Knock your elbow

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacks our chest with a straight left fist; Our right foot immediately takes a step up to the right, then turns 120 degrees to the right in place with the left foot as the axis, and flashes to the outside of the enemy’s left arm; Immediately rotate the right forearm outward and slam forward into the enemy’s left forearm to defend against the enemy’s left straight fist (Figure 1);

Without stopping, we quickly hit the enemy’s soft ribs or heart sockets with the tip of our right elbow from left to right, and put our left hand in front of our abdomen to defend (Figure 2).

2. Double top elbow

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy slid forward and attacked our head with a twin-peaked ear swing; We immediately defended with our arms diagonally (Figure 3);

We then quickly stepped up to the right and approached, striking the enemy’s chest with both elbows from back to front (Fig. 4).

3. Side top elbow

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy stepped up to the right and approached us with a straight right fist to attack our upper plate; We immediately dodged to the left while blocking the defense with our left hand to the right (Figure 5);

We then quickly hit the enemy in the abdomen or vulva with our right knee, while our right elbow strikes the enemy’s ribs in a straight line to the side (Figure 6), with Figure 7 being the reverse of Figure 6.

Fourth, sinking elbows

The enemy stepped up and hugged me by the waist or one leg with both hands, trying to perform the throwing technique; We hold the enemy’s shoulder with one hand and use the elbow tip of the other hand to sink the enemy’s back or back of the head or neck or shoulder from top to bottom (Figure 8 for waist hugging, Figure 9 for holding a single leg).

It is also possible to sink the enemy from top to bottom with the tip of both elbows (Figure 10).

5. Smash the elbow

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy slid forward and punched me in the abdomen with a right hook; We immediately block down with our left forearm (Figure 11);

We then quickly step left and forward, up and left, while smashing the eye or nose bridge in the triangle of the enemy’s front with the tip of our right elbow forward and down (Fig. 12).

7. Clamp the elbow

When the enemy hugged our right leg close and tried to hit our head on our chest and abdomen and knock me down, we immediately slammed our elbows into the temples or ear roots on either side of the enemy’s head from the outside in (Fig. 15).

When the enemy strikes my chest with a right straight right step, our right foot immediately turns to the right back side, with the left foot as the axis, quickly turns 50 degrees to the left, and dodges to the outside of the enemy’s right fist; At the same time, we slammed the upper end of the enemy’s right elbow joint outward with our right forearm, and violently kicked back the enemy’s right wrist with our left forearm inward, and the two forces staggered and broke the enemy’s right elbow joint (Figure 16).

Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacked us with his right whip leg; We immediately raised our left knee and flexed our left arm to defend (Figure 17);

Then we step forward with our left foot, turn 90 degrees to the left, and step with our right foot with our left foot (Fig. 18); Immediately afterwards, we continued to turn 90 degrees to the left, facing away from the enemy, and quickly hit the enemy’s chest and abdomen or double ribs with the tips of both elbows backwards (Figure 19).
