11 Ways to Grab Your Hair in Self-Defense Fighting

In the self-defense and self-defense combat of street fighting, it is a very passive and dangerous thing to be caught by the enemy. Therefore, it should be liberated as soon as possible.

“Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has sorted out a set of relief counterattack moves that are tricked by hair and shared with everyone.

Battle example 1:

The enemy grabbed our hair with his left hand from the front of us (Figure 1-1). When the enemy’s grasp is not firm, we should push the enemy’s left elbow up with his right hand to free him (Figures 1-2). You can also push up their elbows while punching them in the face (Figures 1-3) or the enemy’s abdomen with their left fist (Figures 1-4). Of course, the surface or belly blow can be performed simultaneously and continuously.

Battle example 2:

When the enemy grabs our hair from the front, we can use the ipsilateral forearm to raise his elbow (Fig. 2-1), then grab his forearm with his hand, and at the same time bend the heterolateral leg and quickly push up his crotch to get out of trouble and subdue the enemy (Fig. 2-2).

Battle example three:

If the enemy has grabbed our hair from the front (Figure 3-1), he will be harmed if he uses the above method. At this time, our hands can first pretend to do the feint of breaking the enemy’s hand, press their hands tightly on our heads (Figure 3-2), and then suddenly retreat, bow their heads, and lean over so that their wrists are restrained, and the enemy’s grasping hand will be released (Figures 3-3).

Example 5:

When the enemy grabs our hair from behind (Figure 5-1), the easiest way is to take a step or two back and sit as close as possible to the enemy’s body, so that the enemy’s rear grab is useless (Figure 5-2). At this time, we can hold both legs (or one leg) with both hands behind our backs, sit back against their calves and knees, and make them fall (Figure 5-3).

When the enemy grabs our hair with his right hand from behind us, we can quickly press the enemy tightly to the head with his left hand; At the same time, we quickly withdrew our right foot, turned right, and struck the enemy’s right elbow with our right elbow (Figure 9). Battle Example 10:

When the enemy grabs our hair from our side (Figure 10-1), if we want to shrink and get rid of it, it will be more painful, so it is better to hold it tightly.
