What I will introduce to you is a set of folk sprint boxing techniques, specializing in elbow attack, fast and tricky, and can determine things with one elbow.
The boxing proverb says: “Strike the enemy close to the enemy, close to the enemy’s elbow, elbow to force”. Therefore, when practicing this set of elbow methods, the power should be twisted and shaken, that is, the force starts from the back foot, twists and shakes rapidly, so that the shoulders and waist turn left and right, and the body suddenly trembles, reaching the elbows, and its momentum is fierce.
Let’s introduce it to you.
1. Preparatory formula
Traditionally, the three-body pose of the Shape-Meaning Fist was used as a preparatory pose, but now we can use the left fighting pose as a preparatory pose (Figure 1).
two, right lunge right elbow
Action explanation: On the basis of the preparatory form, take a step forward with the right foot and form a right lunge with both legs; Hold your chin with your left hand while twisting your body to the left, kick your left leg on the ground, raise your right elbow forward and up, reach the tip of your right elbow, and look visually at the tip of your right elbow (Picture 2).
Technique meaning: The enemy attacks our head with a right swing or right straight fist, we block outward with our left arm, and at the same time step up and right to get close, break into the enemy’s middle door, and hit the enemy in the jaw or chest with our right elbow.
three, the horse step left top elbow
Explanation of movements: Connecting style, turn right, at the same time bend the right arm and elbow in front of the chest, raise the left elbow, fist down, and push the left fist face with the right palm up; Then step forward with your left foot, squat down with your legs bent, and push your left fist hard with your right palm to push your left elbow to the left, above shoulder level, and look to the left (Picture 3)
Meaning of technique: The enemy attacks our chest with a right lunge and a right straight fist, and our side flashes to the outside of his right arm, and his arms are protected in front of his chest; Immediately afterwards, our upper left leg hangs the enemy’s right leg, while striking the enemy’s right rib with our left elbow.
four, right kneeling and right elbow
Movement explanation: Connecting the upper position, the left hand retracts and protects the lower jaw, while the right foot takes a small step forward, the body turns left, the right leg kneels at the same time, raises the right elbow, smashes from top to bottom, reaches the tip of the right elbow, and visually looks at the right elbow (Figure 4)
Meaning of technical strike: The enemy steps up close and wants to throw us down with a move of holding the leg and falling, and we take advantage of the moment when the enemy has just bent over and bow his head, and smash the back of the enemy’s head or cervical vertebrae with his right elbow, severely damaging the enemy.
five, right lunge right elbow
Explanation of the movement: Follow-up pose, turn left, fist with left hand to protect the chin, take a step forward with the right foot, form a right lunge with both legs, and at the same time raise the right elbow outward to level with the shoulder, and then quickly swing the right elbow from the outside to the inside, reaching the tip of the elbow and looking straight ahead (Picture 5).
Meaning of technical strike: The enemy attacks our upper set with a right straight fist or a right swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our left arm, and at the same time step up and right into a right lunge, break into the enemy’s middle door at close range, and swing our right elbow across the enemy’s left ear root or temple or left neck.
six, half horse step left outer elbow
Movement explanation: follow up the movement, step forward with the left foot, turn right, legs in half a horse step, while the right fist is protected in front of the chin, the left arm is bent and elbow is bent outward, the force reaches the left elbow, and the eye is straight ahead (Figure 6).

seven, left lunge left elbow
Movement explanation: follow the movement, move the center of gravity of the body forward, form a left lunge with both legs, press the ground with the right leg, lean forward with the upper body, bend the left arm elbow forward and upward, reach the tip of the elbow, and look straight ahead (Figure 7)
Technique meaning: Immediately after attacking the enemy’s right fist with the left outer elbow of the upper half-horse step, immediately attack the enemy’s jaw or chest with the left elbow.
eight, right imaginary step right inner elbow
Movement explanation: In the upper position, take a step forward with your right foot, step your legs into a right imaginary step, put your left fist in front of your chin, and block your right elbow inward while looking straight ahead (Figure 8).
Meaning of technical strike: The enemy attacks our upper set with a left straight fist; We step up to the right and flash to the outside of the enemy’s left arm, while blocking the enemy’s left arm with our right elbow inward to neutralize the enemy’s left fist attack.
9. Left fork step right top elbow
Movement explanation: In the connecting position, insert the left foot from the right leg behind the right into a cross step, at the same time retract the right elbow and quickly push it out backwards, elbow level with shoulder, force up to the tip of the right elbow, and look backward (Fig. 9).
Technique meaning: After the right imaginary step in the above style and the right inner elbow block the enemy’s left fist attack, our side steps close with the left fork and attacks the enemy’s left rib with the right top elbow.
turn around and swing your elbow on the left back
action explanation: Connecting position, turn 180 degrees after the left side of the body, form half a horse step with the legs, rotate with the body, swing the left elbow to the left and backward, elbow level with the shoulder, force up to the tip of the elbow, and visually look at the left elbow (Figure 10).
Meaning of the attack: After attacking the enemy’s left rib with the left fork and right elbow, we continue to use this move to turn around and swing the left elbow to attack the ear root or temple or left neck on the left side of the enemy’s head, completely defeating the enemy.
