10 powerful wrestling moves

“Eighteen Falls on Clothes” is a divine skill widely spread in folk martial arts. “Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has compiled the 10 moves of the god fall and wrestling skills in the fighting masterpieces in Wudang San’s hands and shared them with everyone.

First, fall on the knee

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy strikes me straight with a right step and a straight right punch; We immediately slid to the left, turned right to dodge incoming punches, and defused their right punches with a block outside their right forearm (Figure 1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist, twists the enemy’s right arm outward, downward and inward, and pulls his right arm backward to the right at the same time; At the same time, I turned to the right and pushed the enemy’s right shoulder with my left palm to the right and forward, causing the enemy’s upper body center of gravity to lose balance (Figure 2).

3. Without stopping, our side continues to turn right, legs form a right lunge, and then slam the back of the enemy’s head or neck forward with the left palm, causing the enemy to fall forward (Figure 3).

Second, wipe your eyebrows

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy stepped up and right and punched me straight in the face; We immediately defended with our left palm inward to block the enemy’s right forearm (Figure 4).

2. Without stopping, our side immediately steps up and right to approach, and at the same time presses the enemy’s right arm down from the outside of the right arm with both hands, so that it becomes a counterattack, and the enemy’s hands cannot attack (Figure 5).

3. Keep moving up, while the enemy’s move is unchanged, our side quickly strikes the enemy’s right leg from the outside of the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time shakes both arms to the left and right, and violently shakes the enemy’s eye-nose triangle area with the back of his left palm, severely injuring his face and hitting him at the same time (Figure 6).

Third, pound down

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy stepped up to the right and attacked our head with a twin-peaked ear swing; We immediately stepped back with our left foot and dodged backwards, while blocking the enemy’s fists with our arms (Figure 7).

2. The enemy then withdraws his hands and attacks our abdomen with his left top knee; We immediately tuck in and block the defense with both palms (Figure 8).

3. Immediately following the upward movement, we move our right foot forward, raise our left knee, lean forward and attack the enemy’s side with a right-flip back fist (Figure 9).

4. The upward movement does not stop, our side quickly turns to the right, the left foot falls forward, and blocks the enemy’s left leg with the left leg so that it cannot land; Taking advantage of the enemy’s unstable support on one leg and unstable center of gravity, our side punched the enemy in the head with his right hand and knocked him to the ground (Figure 10).

Fourth, stop the hand from falling

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy’s right foot steps forward and kicks our right rib with his left whip leg; We immediately block the defense with both forearms outward and downward (Figure 11).

2. The enemy immediately stepped forward with his left foot, trying to put his arms around the back of my neck and hit my left rib with his right knee; Before the enemy can perform the above action, our side quickly flexes both elbows, raises the enemy’s two forearms upwards, and at the same time presses the tips of both elbows down against the enemy’s right knee to defuse the enemy’s attack with the upper hoop neck and knee (Figure 12).

3. At the moment when the enemy’s right knee falls and the foothold is not stable, our side quickly steps up and right to trip the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time twists to the right, stretches out its right arm and sweeps the enemy’s chest to the right, and falls the enemy (Figure 13).

Fifth, pound the sea

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy slid forward and punched me in the face with his right fist; We immediately slid backwards and dodged on our backs, while using our right hand to mount the enemy’s right forearm (Figure 14).

2. Without stopping, our left foot quickly steps forward and closes, leans over and hugs the enemy’s legs, and uses the left shoulder to violently rush forward against the enemy’s hip, throwing the enemy backwards and falling (Figure 15).

6. Flipping wings and falling

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy strikes our genitals with a right kick; We immediately retreated to the left, turned left to dodge, and at the same time slapped the enemy’s right calf with both palms downwards and outwards to defuse (Figure 16).

2. The upward movement does not stop, our side quickly steps forward and up to the left, and pokes the enemy’s throat with the left palm; The enemy steps backwards with his left foot and turns right to dodge our left palm attack; We then step forward and right behind the enemy, and immediately extend our right arm to the right and backward to cut the enemy’s chest or neck. The enemy fell backwards under the attack of tripping on our side (Figure 17).

Seventh, the elbow falls

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the head with a straight right; I stepped back to the right, turned right to dodge, and blocked the defense with my left palm (Figure 18).

2. The enemy takes another left step and continues to attack our head with a left straight fist; We immediately blocked the defense with our left palm, then quickly stepped up to the right and approached, punching the enemy in the face with a right lunge and a right-flip back (Figure 19).

3. The enemy is busy retreating left step back, leaning back to dodge; We immediately stepped up to the left, tripped the enemy’s right leg from the inside with our left leg, and at the same time twisted to the right, striking the enemy in the head with our left elbow, knocking the enemy to the ground (Fig. 20).

8. Wrapped around the waist and falling

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our upper plate with a straight right fist; We immediately leaned back and blocked the defense with our left hand inside (Figure 21).

2. The enemy takes another left step and hits my head with his left elbow; We immediately blocked the defense with our forearms (Figure 22).

3. If the upper movement does not stop, our left hand immediately grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls hard to the left, while the upper right leg tripped the enemy’s left leg from the inside, and the right hand hugged the enemy’s lower back; Then our left foot immediately retreats to the left, while the body twists sharply to the left, and both hands use force to the left at the same time, throwing the enemy to the ground (Figure 23).

9. Overturn and fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy’s right foot steps forward and kicks our left knee with a low left kick; We quickly hooked the enemy’s left ankle downwards and outwards with our left hook (Figure 24).

2. Immediately following the upward movement, we quickly step forward and right to get closer, and at the same time use our right hand to scoop up the enemy’s left thigh from the bottom up and lift it upwards (Fig. 25).

3. While our right arm lifts the enemy’s left thigh upwards, taking advantage of the enemy’s only right leg support and the center of gravity is unstable, the right palm immediately pushes the enemy’s chest forward and overthrows the enemy to the ground (Figure 26).

10. Flash fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy with left combat; The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately stepped back with our left foot and crouched down to dodge (Figure 27).

2. Without waiting for the enemy to change his move, our side immediately got up, stepped forward with the left foot, and kicked the enemy in the abdomen with the right leg and leg (Figure 28).

3. Immediately after the upward movement, our side does not give the enemy a chance to breathe, the right foot falls forward on the outside of the enemy’s left leg, and tripped the enemy’s right leg with our right leg; I then turned to the right and pushed the opponent’s chest with both palms, tripping the enemy to the ground (Fig. 29).
