The hook kick is a low-leg method that specializes in the enemy’s lower set. It has a high hit rate, small range of action, strong concealment, easy to maintain its own balance, does not give the enemy an opportunity, and is easy to learn and practice.

First, turn around and whip and kick

Second, pull the arm and cut the neck and kick
