Organize 10 sets of simple, fierce self-defense and self-defense fighting moves and share them with everyone.

#MMA#These 10 sets of moves are mainly aimed at thugs. It is characterized by making full use of the weakness of human joints in key parts, using fists to smash hand bullets, finger stabbing palm splitting, knee top elbow strikes, grasping and hitting the enemy, so that the enemy is hit, the muscles and bones are broken, the joints are misaligned, and the enemy loses combat effectiveness and is captured.

These 10 sets of moves are very simple, but they are really fierce and suitable for ordinary people to use in times of crisis.

First, the forehead collides

1. When I fight against the enemy, the enemy hits our temples with double-peaked moves or slaps our ears with both palms in a cup shape (Figure 1-1);

2. Our side should not be afraid, directly meet the enemy, quickly kick the ground with both legs forward and up, lean forward, avoid the enemy’s fist or palm strike, and use the forehead to slam into the key point of the nose bone of the enemy’s side (Figure 1-2).

When using this move, the legs on the ground, the body leaning forward, and the forehead press should be fast, coordinated, and completed at the same time. If the force is sufficient, it can fracture the enemy nasal bone.

Second, grab the wrist and hit the throat

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy slides forward and attacks our head with a straight left fist; We immediately dodged to the right side, while blocking the enemy’s left arm with our left arm to defuse the enemy’s left straight fist (Figure 2-1);

2. The upward movement does not stop, our side quickly turns out with the left hand, grabs the enemy’s left wrist and brings it back to our lower left; At the same time, step up and right to get close, and hit the enemy’s throat with the right palm from the chest forward, and hit the enemy throat hard (Figure 2-2).

The blocking, grasping, high-fives should be fast, and the throat should be fierce. Hit the throat with a horizontal palm, if you use too much force, it will immediately cause difficulty breathing, and even severe pain coma. Therefore, if you do not encounter a stubborn enemy, you must master the strength of the horizontal palm.

Third, press the arm to lock the throat

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punches us in the chest with a straight right fist; Our side immediately used our left hand to downward to block the enemy’s right forearm to prevent the enemy’s attack (Figure 3-1);

2. Immediately following the upward movement, our left hand follows the trend to grab the enemy’s right arm and bring it back, while the right hand forms an eagle claw and violently grabs and pinches the enemy’s throat forward (Figure 3-2).

In this move, the purpose of the left hand to grasp the enemy’s right forearm and lower the belt is to defuse the enemy’s attack and to prevent the enemy from escaping and within the attack range of our right hand. Arterial blood vessels and trachea are distributed in the throat, and pinching the enemy’s throat can make the enemy’s brain unconscious due to insufficient oxygen supply, thus forcing him to capture. But when using this move, don’t use too much force.

Fourth, cut ribs and twist the neck

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy slides forward and attacks our upper set with a straight fist; Our side immediately dodged to the right side, and at the same time used our left hand to block the enemy’s left forearm, so that the enemy was in a back position; We quickly slash the enemy’s left rib with the palm facing upwards with the outer edge of the palm to the left and forward (Figure 4-1);

2. Taking advantage of the enemy’s distraction from the blow in the ribs, our side quickly stepped up to the right and approached, holding the back of the enemy’s head with the left hand, pushing the enemy’s right jaw back with the right hand, twisting the enemy’s neck counterclockwise so that the operation of the cervical spine exceeded its range of activity and caused severe pain, forcing the enemy to submit and capture (Figure 4-2).

This move cuts ribs with an arm that can break the enemy’s ribs; Holding the brain and twisting the neck, if the force is too large, the enemy’s neck bone can be broken, and the heavy one can make the enemy hang, so it is necessary to stop.

5. Push your wrist and pull out your arm

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacks our upper plate with a straight left fist; We quickly block the enemy’s left forearm with our right hand and grab his left wrist and pull the strap to the right to straighten the enemy’s left arm (Figure 5-1);

2. Without stopping, our side immediately steps forward with our right foot and gets close, and at the same time uses our left hand to penetrate under the enemy’s left forearm, and grab the left forearm of the upper part of the enemy’s left elbow joint; We immediately pulled the enemy’s left forearm into our arms, and at the same time pushed forward with our right hand to hit the enemy’s left wrist, causing the enemy’s left elbow joint to become a reverse joint and fracture and break (Figure 5-2).

When using this move, the force of pushing the wrist and pulling out the arm is opposite, and the two forces are wrong, which can cause the enemy’s elbow joint to break. This move is very similar to the eighth move of the Black Dragon’s eighteen hands, “Elbow Cutting Buckle”, and it is very fierce.

The detailed use of the eighth move of the Black Dragon’s eighteen hands can be found in: Demystifying the fighting secrets of the 8th elbow buckle of the Black Dragon’s eighteen hands, damaging the enemy’s elbow and hitting the key point fiercely.

6. Hold hands and ears

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy glides forward and closes, grasping our right shoulder with his right hand; We immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand (Figure 6-1);

2. If the upward movement does not stop, we will quickly twist to the right, and with the help of the force of twisting, use the left fist or palm to swing to the left side of the enemy’s head, ear or temple, knocking the enemy unconscious (Figure 6-2).

In this move, the palm hits the root of the enemy’s ear, and if the force is large, the enemy’s eardrum can be ruptured, resulting in bleeding in the ear, and the pain is unbearable; A heavy blow to the temple can also cause the enemy’s brain to violently concussion and temporarily unconscious. In the ring, head-knocking knockouts are like this.

7. Kick your knees

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacks our head with a right swing fist; We immediately block the defense with our left arm (Figure 7-1);

2. Without stopping, our side quickly steps forward with our right foot, kicking and kicking the enemy’s left knee with the left leg (Figure 7-2).

In this move, we will attack the enemy in the lower set while the enemy’s attention is on the upper set, so the chance of hitting the enemy’s knee is very high. Our knee kicking, the light one can make the enemy knee joint misaligned, the heavy one can make the enemy kneecap crushing fracture.

8. Bump your eyes

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; Our side took the initiative to attack, and the five fingers of the right hand were separated and pierced the enemy’s eyes (Figure 8-1);

2. Keep moving upward, whether or not it hits the enemy’s eye, our side quickly slides forward, kicks the ground forward with both legs, leans forward sharply, and hits the enemy’s face with the forehead of the head (Figure 8-2).

In this move, the right hand can be inserted in the eye; Hitting the enemy’s nose can fracture the enemy’s nose and cause severe pain.

9. Arm sweeping

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy punches our head and neck with a left punch; We immediately slid to the right to dodge and shield the enemy’s right forearm with our left forearm upwards (Figure 9-1);

2. Keep moving upward, taking advantage of the enemy’s back, our side quickly sweeps the enemy’s left rib with the outer edge of the right palm (Figure 9-2).

The move should be coherent and coordinated in the blocking and splitting ribs; Palm splitting the enemy ribs, excessive force can cause enemy rib fractures.

10. Anti-fall top surface

1. Both the enemy and we stand and confront in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy stepped up, leaned forward, and wrapped his hands around my left leg to perform the wrestling technique (Figure 10-1);

2. Our side immediately lifted the left knee forcefully, and used the knee to violently push up the enemy’s main point (Figure 10-2).

To implement this move, the top surface of the knee must be decisive and swift to fracture the enemy’s nasal bone and achieve the effect of defeating the enemy with one move.

The above 10 moves are simple, but very fierce. As long as we practice regularly, it will definitely have a defensive effect.
